The customer journey was not a fun experience at all and they made error in the final print and tried to tell me that's how the file was created. From the "receptionist" Marina who was just constantly too busy to get me to the sales rep who was 15 feet away from her desk, and told me that she was going on vacation in a few days so she wasn't feeling like working. As I was "assigned" one of the 2 sales reps who are never in the office and was constantly just sent to their voicemail and never got a callback or response to my email unless I was stern. If Calvin wasn't available to get my order, in I was told to wait until the following week when he was in to process my order that I needed asap for my own customers. To the production guy who reprinted my vinyl due to their errors, and he snuffed me off saying that the air bubbles in the laminate were because that's how the file was created. (Shake my head) This shop amazes me how they are able to stay in business with such a poor quality vinyl, production procedures, and customer experience. Too many hoops to jump through to just order round basic shape-die-cut decals that I was willing to weed and cut up myself saving them production time. I do not recommend this company what so ever. 0 Stars out of 5 The detail in their prints is blurry and the vinyl curls when removed from the backing paper and is unmanageable to work with. Without a doubt, this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Their representative completely blew off his scheduled meeting with me, which should've been a big enough red flag for me to find somebody else. Then they completely missed their hard deadline for a very time-sensitive project after assuring me it would be done on-time, and refused to take responsibility for their egregious mistake. They refused to offer even a partial refund and adopted a really terrible attitude about the whole thing. This company is total trash; avoid them at all costs. read more

I wanted to give a local shop my business, even though DPC does not have my preferred paper/card type (any with recycled materials), but I never received my order. I paid and waited three weeks and received nothing. I left a message regarding my order one weekday morning and heard nothing back so I called back the following day and was able to get someone on the phone to give me a refund. Really bad experience. I discovered the material and turnaround time I was promised over the phone was not even available after I drove 45 minutes to location to process my order. Very unorganized office, quality of our banners were not great. I could tell my order wash rushed. Size was off, pole pockets I paid for were not even created. Staff was not even remorseful. I needed T shirts done in quick turnaround, and they were able to deliver on time! I also ended up using their graphic design services, as the idea I had for a Tshirt wasn't really "professional quality." I was really pleased with the three mock ups they delivered for me, and I think they really understood what I was going for. This group does really good work and has two friendly dogs (note for the dog lovers). Anyway, they seemed to have good prices and do the work in-house unlike some other banner printing companies. TERRIBLE; 5 weeks 17 garments to be done, when i asked why it was taking to long, Mark chose to cop out and Tell me "They were to be done today, However, it seems you would rather take them somewhere else so i will have them at the front and you can send someone to pick them up and take them somewhere else." Laughable the "day" they were finally getting printed, I think not. Their best and most reliable person left to start their own company, I suppose I potentially know why, now. I will try their company to see if they were the reason i kept my business there in the past. Try EAC Limited instead. I have not been happy with Global Elements. They never fallow up like they say they will. I always have to call a day or 2 later just to confirm they received my order because they never send a confirmation email. Then they tell me they can't print my TIF file. Every other printer I have ever used is able to use my file with out any problems. If I were you I would avoid Global Elements........ read more

If you're going to use Denver Print Company, I would AVOID getting Calvin Berry as your project manager. He totally ruined a very important print job that I had requested on Monday. Not to mention, I asked for it to be finished within their 3 day turn around, but it was not finished until late Friday night. He didn't even call me to tell me it was ready....my husband had to call and Calvin said, "it will be done at 4:45pm." I get there at 4:50pm and it STILL was not finished. I had to wait until nearly 6pm!! When I finally saw the job, to my horror, it was totally incorrect; dimensions and layout were botched. Unfortunately, I needed the prints first thing Saturday morning....so I had to live with the mistake and give my clients something "sub-par" The good part though, was that the operations manager Jessica was more than kind and compassionate. She stayed late trying to fix calvin's error. I will be using DPC again, but I will only be working with Jessica moving forward. She even provided a refund because of the big mixup read more

I just moved to the area and had a last minute opportunity to work at a charity event where I could make a lot of business potentials. My problem, I have no new business cards with my new info and only hours til the event!! I called Global at 11:30am and my new biz cards were ready by 4pm!!! The only reason I only gave 4 stars is that I will still want to make new cards, the design wasn't perfect. But seriously, how could it be exactly what I wanted with only hours to spare and my old files for my old biz cards were not editable files? I can tell you I will definitely be going to Global to create my 'non emergency' business cards. If that's what they can do in 5 hours, I can only imagine what they can do in a few days. OMG! I don't write bad reviews very often but this one warranted it. Save yourself the stress and go with another company! After no joke, 6 conversations about a very simple window display, it still wasn't right. The guy I was working with on this seemed to not listen at all to what I requested and just did his own thing, I even emailed exactly what I needed multiple times to confirm and still it was incorrect. DPC asked me to post a review if my experience was positive--I'm not sure how that helps potential clients get a balanced view. Sadly my experience wasn't positive. Stunningly poor communication internally and with clients. My CSR was very nice but didn't read my emails or follow through with any part of the process. Basically, DPC had my art files for 6 days, the day before the project was due my CSR called me to tell me DPC couldn't do the job after all. This project was for a museum exhibit, out-of-state, that opened in 2 days. I've worked with printers for 30 years now and this gets the "worst printer experience" hands down. read more

Denver Print Company REALLY let us down. We placed an order for a large sign for our exhibit booth at a huge international conference. The order went in Sept 1, then after sending emails back & forth to make sure sizing was correct, we approved the proof and paid over $400 on Sept 8. Lance Bowen (General Manager) promised that the sign would be delivered and set up the morning of Sunday, Sept 25. I repeatedly asked if a Sunday morning delivery was actually realistic, and he said it would be no problem. Come the morning of the conference, no delivery, I can't reach anybody on the supposed cell phone number provided - nothing!! In a panic, I emailed the "project manager" Daniel Variela, who responded by saying that the sign was not printed and nobody could help us. I begged him to call me and explain what the heck was going on, but STILL NOTHING. We had to run around the greater Denver area to find a FedEx/Kinko's to print a rushed, lower-quality version of our sign. Since it was a Sunday, it was particularly difficult to find an open store. The total lack of customer service by Denver Print Company was utterly appalling. I have never encountered such disregard for customers before. I left several voicemails with Lance Bowen asking him to call me back and explain what happened -- he has never called. To make matters even worse, they can't issue refunds directly back onto your credit card -- you have to wait for them to SNAIL MAIL a check! Unbelievable. Stay away from this company!!! They will screw you over in a heartbeat. read more
