I had a hard time taking it all in because I was so overwhelmed. One of the sections I spent some time checking out was the gourmet snacks. I saw lots of scrumptious looking food, like cookie packages with half shortbread clotted cream cookies and half gingerbread with dark chocolate pieces. They also had lots of different types of pasta, coffee, tea, candy, chips, cocktail mixes, and more. I didn't buy anything because I'm trying to cut back on snacks, but I'm still thinking about the shortbread/gingerbread cookies days later. Overall the store was neat and tidy despite the crowded shelves, and the line to checkout was pretty short. In addition to gourmet snacks, the home goods section offers decorative items for the kitchen, garden, and home, as well as necessities like pots & pans, serving dishes, drink-ware, towels, etc. I didn't buy any items, but did make note of some nice home decor I might want to go back for (as well as those cookies).

Back story: you are not booking through the agent, the agent is booking through a third party. We booked a vacation to Waikiki for two and was promised a Luau to be included in our package that would be walking distance as we did not rent a car. This all seemed well, as we were given instruction from Linda to walk across the street and enjoy our experience. When the day and hour came, we were at the wrong location and the luau was scheduled for a different location across the island, two hours away. With Linda's poor attitude and misinformation (given to us in person and on a voice message) we called her the following day and asked for guidance on fixing the situation. She proceeded to yell at me over the phone that I had been the one in the wrong and she refused to help the situation. She said that I had messed up and she had no reason to offer her assistance. Overall, we lost out on $500 and had a poor costumer service experience. You're better off going to another travel agency or organizing a trip on your own.

Not a word of mentioning final sale nor stamping on receipt. She simply doesn't GAF. Got my digital receipt too. It was swift and smooth. It's the norm that most stores don't accept return on final sales. The more you accentuate it, the more contemptible it becomes. Even if customer attempts to return, so what?
