I asked for a refund since they sold me a broken washing machine but they were quick to point to the no refunds sign. My husband had to pretty much threaten them for them to let me choose another washing machine. I had to wait in the store for over an hour because I was not leaving until the washer was tested. Got it home, it worked for a little bit but it always had an issue with banging no matter what we did to even out the load. They sell awful, broken products but mask them as "works great!"

Justin made sure I was happy with where they put it and he made sure it was working before he left. Both guys who delivered it were hard workers and very nice. 5 stars for these two. The associate who sold me the freezer was a very nice gentleman who worked quickly and went to lengths to make sure I would get it delivered the next day. This has been a very positive purchase!

I had to repeatedly ask for prices on pieces I was interested in, which felt unnecessarily inconvenient. One particular item was quoted to me at $60, and I decided to purchase it along with a few other pieces. I paid in full, in cash, and went to load one of the larger items into my car. However, when I returned to collect the $60 piece, I was informed that I could not take it! Apparently, the lady in charge had decided the item shouldn't be sold for the agreed-upon price--after the transaction was completed. I was stunned. I had already paid the amount I was quoted! After questioning this absurd change, the man I spoke with reluctantly returned my $60, leaving me both baffled and appalled. I have never encountered a business that would renege on a sale after payment has been made. This is an unacceptable and unprofessional practice. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Trotters, and I advise others to think twice before visiting.
