Two people spent 2 hours digging around the rest of the pipe seeing where it was connected to. I wasn't connected to anything. I was charged $1,000 for 2 people for 2 hours each! I think $250 an hour is an unacceptable rate to charge for a simple task. I'll be sure to not use them again.

When I ask the men about why they weren't getting the sludge they told me it needs to stay so the it provides bacterial for the tank . At the very least , it should have been backflushed to loosen all the sludge before taking just the water. They took me by surprise and by the time I thought about it they drove off into the sunset .
