A technician came out to perform my winter maintenance and while there, drop liquid of which I believe is some type of freon or coil cleaner all over my hardwood stairs. When I sent the photos to Tim after the technician left, he was very rude and told me his technician didn't drop the product on my stairs and their solution do not stain. Important to note, I just had the cleaning service to clean the day before. I always check behind any service provided. The property is an short-term rental and has been vacant for a few weeks. So, no one else has been in the home. When I went in the home later that evening after the technician left there were stains on many of the stairs where some type of liquid left drops. Then, Tim proceeds to tell me he is not going to pay to have the stain removed and I will need to take him to court. He was very rude and nasty and totally disregarded me as one of his loyal customers. He was not customer focused at all and he certainly didn't care about the damage his technician did to my property. While I was able to pay to the have the stains removed and put down a protectant sealer, I am no longer a customer of ClimateMax. This company does not value its customers or their property. I added a few pics to show the stains, but it was more than just 3 stairs. I highly recommend that you do not do business with this company.

They were both professional, helpful and had great insight into the situation unlike the first technician from another company that had come out first. Plus the other company technician said that I needed some things that I didn't and tried to pressure me with his sales tactics. Stephano was super nice and explained that I didn't need those things and the issue was something else which saved me money which I really appreciated. He had my system fixed the same day and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company and will happily use them for any future work and maintenance.

So he told me he checked on how much a fan for my outdoor unit would cost and first he told me $2,600. I told him I couldn't do that right now either. He then said he would give me a discount and make it $2,100. I told him I couldn't do that either and he said, "how about $1,000, or how much can you do now?" I told him I would have to think about it and he said he would look for a used motor that would be cheaper and he would call me back with a quote the next day. He never called back. Today I had an independent service fix it and it ended up costing me $740. *
