All-Pro Exterior Maintenance has done a lot of work in our house and it's always been great. In January we asked for a service and it was completed. 5 months later, the issue came back and we contacted the owner (David). He immediately responded and advised that he would stop by and fix it. He was a no show. My husband contacted him and he again stated he would stop by. Again a no show. We did not receive a phone call nor a text explaining not showing up. All of our related texts to him were ignored. I am very disappointed and did not expect that level of unprofessionalism.

Initial Review: The service I requested was to cut my neighbor's trees back from across the property line. They had grown all the way over the frnce and above my roof. It took me a few seconds to notice any difference. I wanted a cut and got a trim. For $1500 dollars I expected way more than what I received. See pics. The red marks on the before pics are from another company but that same photo was given to this company during the estimate. I went with this company because they were going to make sure the limbs around the electrical wires were also removed and the other company wasn't. I am greatly disappointed and can't recommend them to anyone. As it stands, I still need the trees cut back. I have let them know this isn't sufficient. I'll update when I get a response.

Update- received a phone call from an executive at this company. He said I had been overcharged by mistake and they were refunding over $170. He was very nice, very apologetic about a mistake by an employee who did not know they were running a big Spring special. Unfortunately, earlier this year, we determined we needed an entire septic system replaced, which necessitated the removal of a slit of driveway to connect the transmission line to the new tank. We were pretty frustrated having to damage the brand-new driveway. Luckily, we were able to use Accu-Krete again, who worked hard to get the driveway back to normal. They replaced the slit of driveway that was removed, and also fixed some cracks that were a result of the heavy machinery used to install the septic system. The driveway looks good-as-new. We will absolutely use them for any future concrete needs and have already recommended them to family and friends. Family-owned and operated, they were super-responsive and on top of everything. I get it. Fuel costs are 3x what they were before the pandemic. Materials/supplies have increased in price 5x. However, pricing the materials used at Home Depot or Lowes shows me a good idea of how much fluff is added to the invoice. Labor should be $40 an hour MAX. This is unskilled labor, not rocket science. You don't need a degree to install sprinkler systems. And if you come out to do the work, complete the job. I'll never use them again. Never. This sort of stuff is what gives this industry a bad name.

They gave me a lot of good advice. The prices are good here and they don't leave you to wonder they tell you exactly how much it's going to cost on each piece of tile or laminate flooring. The total price on each piece is what it cost to buy it and install it. Easy. Although they didn't have the color that I wanted I'm hoping that they can order it. I'll come back and post an update.
