They've always been affordable, professional and efficient in their services. This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a electrician out the next morning who not only replaced two outlets, but also checked on a few other issues around the house while he was here. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!) Overall they're a great company and the staff is pleasant overall. Will use them again for small projects around the house.

Some companies wanted up to $200 to come out and tell me if they could do the job and give me an estimate. Nate stopped by, looked at it and sent me a quote in a couple of hours, at no charge.
