Came to this neighborhood US Post Office a few months back due to a piece of mail that didn't reach…read moremy residence. Had to ask what happened as I get daily emails stating of what mail I will be receiving for the day. I showed them the email and the lady at the counter explained to me that sometimes the email isn't exactly accurate and that at times that expected mail can come a day or two later. She did say however that if it didn't get the piece of mail to go to another USPS location close by because that is where my carrier is located. Went to the other location a few days later being that my mail still was not received. They searched their archived mail from previous days not to find it at all. Still till this day do not know what happened with that exact piece of mail but thankfully the business that had sent it was able to print me out what they sent me on the spot once I had went there to let them know that I had not received their mail. Hopefully this will not become a consistent thing where mail gets lost because even with something that may not be that significant can be a bit stressful and definitely time consuming.

I am someone who will always attempt to prioritize and patron a black owned shop over any other…read more But what bothers me the most is how black shops will price hike their prices over their competitors that makes you regret even patronizing the shop in the first place. This is about my 2nd or 3rd time coming here, mostly, out of convenience, so that I don't have to go out my way to Fedex or UPS print shop. And every time I leave frustrated at the amount I'm paying. Their fees for simple copying and scanning services is just ridiculous. And I'm mad at myself for not asking, so I'm always blindsided by the amount due when the work is completed. An amount that I know it wouldn't have been had I not been lazy and just went to Fedex/UPS smh. Fedex charges $.55 per page, so what would've costed $15.00 at max, coming here cost me $44 for 26 pages. And because of that, I won't patron here again. Next time I'll go out of my way, because this shop is extremely overcharging and for what reason.
