They even gave us a whole bag of ice for a small injury. Our waiter was the absolute best, bringing all the energy and made us fell so comfortable. The vibes here were perfect, with a pool table right in the center. It did feel a little empty, though, with the tables all on the sides and a big empty space. The bathrooms were nice and clean with sinks outside. It isn't a vast menu, so we were able to try a little bit of everything. The portions are a good size, so be careful if you are sharing, as we may have slightly overordered. The Santa Fe Salad is a great portion, even without chicken, surprising for salad we even took some home. It was completely packed and flavorful. We also got the Mac N Cheese, nothing special. The real show was with the meats. We got a full rack, and they were delicious. Nice and juicy and easy to eat. We asked for extra BBQ sauce, and it was great. This was definitely my favorite, followed by the Smoked Brisket Sandwich. This was packed to the brim, and dipped in the BBQ sauce really made it. We also got the ribeye steak; this wasn't too fat, if anything, more on the thin side. This and the ribs came with a roll and baked potato. For dessert the cherry pie was so good, it was a little pricey for a piece of pie I cannot lie but I still enjoyed.

We went into the bar and restaurant and were greeted by the hostess who asked for out IDs so she could scan them. (They scan everyone's ID, so be sure to have it with you when you go into the establishment. There is a large selection of draft beers. The pizza was a good size for the price. This place is great. The food is tasty l, the beer is cold, and the seats are comfortable. It is spacious inside with large tables and a friendly, welcoming staff. I had a margarita with my lunch; only one though because I was driving. It wasn't strong but was tasty enough. The beers are mostly domestic with only one micro brew selection but there were plenty of national brand choices. The food was home made and not bad for bar food. I had a Pittsburgh cheese steak sandwich that I thought was good. I ordered it with a side salad instead of fries as I had also ordered the loaded Pastrami fries which came with cheese, pickles and mustard on top. It was a bit too rich and heavy for my taste and the flavors didn't really work well together. Maybe without the mustard I would have liked it more. Not a bad place for a rest stop or a reasonable local hang out as well with some decent food.

The menu is creative, thoughtful, and full of subtle Asian influences without feeling like it is trying too hard to fit into one category. We kept noticing little details like yuzu, black sesame, crispy shallots, and silken tofu, and eventually became so curious about the chef that we asked about her. Chef Tessa came out and sat with us, and we were so glad she did. She has only been there a short time, and she created the menu herself. Hearing about her background and how she developed the dishes made us appreciate the food even more. The tuna crudo with yuzu was beautiful. The vegan chocolate mousse was outstanding and made with silken tofu, which I never would have guessed. It was rich, smooth, and had this wonderful crunchy element with black sesame, sea salt, and a caramel-like sweetness. The fry bread was another favorite. I had never had fry bread before, so I had nothing to compare it to, but it had this delicate balance of savory and sweet that reminded me a little of funnel cake batter without all the powdered sugar. And then there is the Baked Utah. This dessert deserves its own paragraph. Yuzu sponge cake, raspberry, and marshmallow meringue piped into the shape of a little beehive. Utah is the Beehive State, so it is clever, adorable, completely appropriate to the setting, and it tastes amazing. It honestly feels like something that should become a signature Utah dessert. The service was just as memorable as the food. Everyone was warm, relaxed, and genuinely kind. Even the bartender made an impression. I ordered club soda with orange bitters, loved the bitters, and she was sweet enough to bring us the bottle. Sky Nova ended up being one of the highlights of our entire Bryce Canyon trip. Beautiful setting, excellent food, creative menu, and people who made us feel genuinely welcome. Chef Tessa, please keep the Baked Utah.

I'm writing on behalf of what one of my friends told me her experience has been with Warehouse. I…read moredo so because one of the bartenders has been rude to her lately both in and out of this establishment and she rather not have to deal with more attitude from her. That being said, I'll begin with the good she's mentioned about this bar. She has been coming nearly every weekend since she turned 21 about 2 years ago. Throughout her many times coming and bringing business through her own food and drink purchases as well as through those of the friends and family she's brought with her, she had never had an issue until recently. She's told me many times that the staff is friendly and the facilities are well maintained. As previously mentioned, during that time, she had never had an issue with any of the staff until recently. She had an incident a few months ago involving another female which had resulted in a physical altercation. After her ban ended, she began coming back to Warehouse to see friends and enjoy the ambience. In was 3 months after that incident had taken place that she posted a Tik Tok and received a rude comment from one of the bartenders, Isabel. The comment referenced the previous incident in a very biased way but was posted on a video that was completely unrelated to the incident in question. My friend has explained to me she doesn't mind people having their own opinions on that situation because it's a small town, but as a loyal customer to Warehouse, she would hope to be shown some more respect from the staff there, or at the very least neutrality in treatment towards her. Jump forward to last night when she had gone to play pool with some friends. Her and her friend went to the bar to get their ID's scanned and that same bartender was the only one there at that time. She scanned the one girl's ID and politely handed it back to her but when it came to my friend's ID, she scanned it and tossed it towards her against the bar. This is frustrating for my friend because it's one thing to not like someone and not seek conversation with them, but it's another thing to put effort into communicating with them on a public platform about something irrelevant to a post that was not targeted at you. It is *another* thing to be rude or have attitude with a customer at your place of work when she had no issue with you previously and had only ever been friendly to you when at the bar, the same way she is friendly to all the staff such as Bronsen, Thomas, Cam, Henry, Caleb, Claire, and many of the other previous bartenders who have since left. I hope things are able to be resolved and improved for future customers wanting to have a fun time socializing in such a small town.

We wanted to be on the window side but all were taken except the bigger tables at the end on each side. There were quite a lot of varieties on the menu. Since we were not too hungry, we decided to skip appetizers and salads or soups. My husband ordered Vongole pasta with white wine sauce and at my husband's prodding, I went for lamb chops as he knows I love it. The lady server brought us some toasted focaccia slices while we waited for our orders to arrive. It did not take long. The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente and the white wine sauce with clams were fresh with added chopped canned clams. Since this is one of our favorite pasta dishes, our standard is quite high. It was missing some flavor and more wine should have been added. As for the lamb chops, I ordered medium but no blood "pink" which was done right. I did not want to say medium rare as there's always a mishap when I do that. Despite of medium rare, the chops were tough and disappointingly bland. Without the brown gravy, it would have been a total tasteless piece of ordinary meat. It came with 4 ribs and sides of mashed potatoes and 2 fat sticks of asparagus. I ordered lava chocolate cake with ice cream on top for dessert and it was gratifying but would have lovelier if the lava was warmer enough. It arrived too quickly so it must be pre-made. Their lamb chops definitely needs some improvements on taste. I did not have the heart to complain and send my chops back to the kitchen. The server was efficient and sweet. I only ate 2 pieces of the chops and left 2 pcs. For foodies, it's not a place that you go back to. My rating would be 5 for the service, 4 for the pasta, 3 for the lamb chops and 4 for dessert. So, 4 stars overall and it is quite generous.
