Manager's original response just in case he goes back to change it.

The sign says "seat yourself". Apparently if you are from out of town you get ignored. We never got acknowledged or noticed whatsoever. The bar tender just leaned on the bar talking to friends. Don't bother it's a waste of time. We left and went to DC Pub & Grill, excellent service, food and beer. Update: Thank you for your uneducated customer service response. When the sign says "seat yourself" people expect service at the table. Apparently you never took science. Surprising you have customers with your attitude and lack of social skills.

Found this place just off Main Street and glad we did. We arrived the day before thanksgiving and didn't expect a crowd. The bar was filled with the local guys"historians" discussing local business stuff. We ordered the bar fries to start. Very fresh and flavor-able. For our snack we had the pulled pork sliders and chicken salads lettuce. The sliders were branded on the top top, which was very cool, the pork was flavorful and moist. The buns were nice and fresh. The lettuce wraps were very tasty .Enjoyed them with some Squatters beers and watched the football game. We were early and only one front of the house person for the bar and restaurant, she did a great job and was attentive to all patrons. Check out the fallen soldier table in the corner under the table - very nice.

SOOO upset that I didn't take more pictures of the food! Everything was so yummy and came out looking so beautiful. Only problem? We rolled in at 10pm after hiking all day and were EXHAUSTED so we scarfed it all down! We were taken such good care of which really makes all the difference when you're that tired. Our food literally flew out of the kitchen toward our table which was also a god send. We started with the Deviled eggs and Funeral Potatoes, both of which were super tasty and hearty. Fried chicken skin on deviled eggs? Yes please! My husband then had their slider trio and I had wings. Both of which were hot, fresh, perfectly cooked and just what the doctor ordered. So happy that Warehouse is open late so we were able to eat. We do some crazy whirlwind days when we travel and they really saved us. Oh, and don't worry, our next trip through Zion we will be back!

This is 4 stars solely due to Regan and her superb service working the bar and the tables by her lonesome, otherwise 3. The Chef seemed to have extra Dijon mustard. He put it on menu items that didn't even mention it. My wife's Warehouse Weiner and my Buffalo Chicken Sliders to be exact. My wife had to have her dish remade as she cannot stand Dijon. Who puts Dijon mustard on Buffalo Chicken Sliders? That overwhelmed the other flavors. I could not taste the Bacon Jam and there were not pickles on them either. Stick to the menu Chef, it's what the customers are ordering. Grandma's salsa was pretty good. The Deviled Eggs weren't bad but could have been better if the Whites were no so watery.

There was 15 of us and the server mentioned she was new and it was her first time serving such a big group. We felt listened to all times. Prices were extremely good, not overpriced. Quality of food was also good despite them having one cook on a Sunday Brunch. Definitely recommend the churro and pulled pork sliders. They put us upstairs where there was 3 pool tables. And we played our music

    Great beer selection

Great drink selection, good food, has a rustic atmosphere to it. Cool looking place off the main streets. Bartender was nice and was attentive. I'll be be back again when I'm in town.

The Warehouse in Cedar City Utah is a great little bar. I actually shouldn't say little. It is two stories and has a small outdoor balcony for grabbing some air or having a cigarette. Upstairs there is a jukebox, darts, and three pool tables. Downstairs there is a bar, a great menu with lots of really good bar Fair food, a dance floor, beer pong, Sports on the TVs, and cornhole. Thirsty Thursdays seems to be a fun night out. The bartender was nice and the server was very helpful. The music was a bit flavorful for lack of a better word. Lol. It seemed to be a little bit over the top as far as song choices for a Thursday night in Cedar city. Overall, I would recommend this bar and would visit again while visiting Cedar City.

Ask the Community - Warehouse Bar + Kitchen

Will you be playing the NFL playoff games this upcoming Sunday? Assuming you have TVs? I will be in Cedar City and not visited before.

100% yes. We have a big screen and multiple other 65’ and 75’ inch TV’s scattered around the bar with pool tables upstairs.

Is it a good place to watch Saturday and Sunday football? Multiple televisions?

Yes, we have 7 TV’s around the bar with a big projector for more popular game. We have 3 TV’s upstairs with 3 pool tables. Always showing every game every day.

What time does the dj start on Saturday?

We have been setting up all day for tonight’s event. The DJ will start at 9. $5 cover unless you dress for the event. 80’s prom.

Will you guys be open this Friday the 31st and what hours?

Yes, we have a New Years Eve event. Most tables are sold out already. You can get tickets for the event from a bartender. Not sure we will have any left at the door the night of. We will be open til 2am but stop serving alcohol at 1am per Utah law.

Its acidic notes in its dressing balanced out the fish & rice. I don't really like avocado or cucumbers so I ordered it without that salsa. Don't think I missed out on anything. Only other thing I altered was to scrape off some the sesame crusting on the salmon because it did get saltier the further I ate. My Top-Shelf Long Island Ice Tea was really sour. I haven't had one in years so I'm not sure if that's typical or they were too light on the cola in it. My photo shows how pale it is which doesn't look anything like an "ice tea". Although my husband liked his Blue Aloha Mana Margarita (he had this the last time we were there) his Prime Rib Dipper was way too salty. And that was without dipping it in the au jus. He kept it to himself for most of the meal so it wouldn't spoil our anniversary but when the waitress came by with the standard "how's everything?" he finally shared it all. He's been kicking himself since then saying he should have just stopped and not tried to work through it. It will be awhile before he suggests we go to Applebees again. Since he had had enough by then and just wanted to leave, he missed out on their Triple Chocolate Meltdown which he had been eyeing since we sat down.

The hostess seated us promptly (with luggage in tow). The restaurant is pretty spacious, so that worked out just fine. We enjoyed our food (a cobb salad for me and a burger for her). Janessa was our server and she was lovely and attentive. We then made a reservation for a larger group for that Saturday evening and Kyle and Mia helped us out... The reservation needed adjustment last minute due to a change in schedule that day and after multiple phone calls, they were able to accommodate that change. Note: it seems there is not a direct phone number to the restauarant so I had to work with someone in the hotel lobby for this. Interestingly enough, we ended up having dinner here on Friday as well with a large group. Huge thanks to Kyle and staff for working with us that evening... We worked out a large group order to-go but sat down for our drinks. Need to know: Due to Utah Liquor laws, adults who are drinking alcoholic beverages must be seated... that was a new fun fact I learned when making the reservation. On Saturday night, the restaurant had a bit of a condensed menu and they were out of salmon, which was a bit disappointing, but after having 3 meals here, we do recommend the wings, nachos, and burgers. The area in the back of the restaurant with games including ping pong is great for the kids and there is also a grassy area out back too. I know that this restaurant is fairly new and working out the kinks... I look forward to returning in the future as I know it will continue to get better.

I specifically mentioned that we were hoping to watch Supercross, and I was assured that wouldn't be a problem. However, when we arrived at our reserved time, we were told they would "look into" changing the channel because they weren't sure they could access Peacock. We decided to stay, ordered drinks and appetizers, and checked in multiple times with our waiter. Each time, we were told they were still working on it. After waiting for over an hour, we were finally told they couldn't put it on after all. The most frustrating part is that we would have completely understood if they had told us upfront. We could have made other plans and gone somewhere that could accommodate our request. Instead, we spent a significant part of the evening waiting and hoping, which took away from what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. Afterward, I noticed similar feedback from other guests about difficulties getting channels changed, even when it seemed possible. That was disappointing to see and makes it feel like this may be a recurring issue. The service itself was polite, but better communication and follow-through would have made a big difference in our experience.

45+ Minutes in 100° Heat, Passed Over Repeatedly, Then Offered a High-Top for a Toddler…read more Our experience at George's today was so bizarre, frustrating, and poorly handled that I am still trying to understand how a restaurant could treat a family this way. We arrived as a family of three--two adults and our toddler--and were told the wait would be approximately 15-20 minutes. We were added to the waitlist and waited outside in nearly 100-degree heat. While we waited, several parties arrived AFTER us. We know this with certainty because we watched them walk in, add their names to the list, come back outside, and even chatted with some of them while we all waited. Then, one by one, those parties were called inside and seated before us. After the last of them was seated, I finally went inside and asked the front-of-house employee in the pink shirt whether we were even still on the list. She assured me we were and said we were "next." We then waited approximately another 10 minutes. By the time someone finally came for us, our supposed 15-20 minute wait had become 45-46 minutes. And somehow, that wasn't even the most baffling part. We were walked through the restaurant, past multiple empty, standard-height tables, and taken down toward the bar. We passed yet another regular four-seat table there. And then we were offered a high-top table. For two adults and a TODDLER. Our toddler had physically walked into the restaurant with us when we originally put our names on the list. There was never any ambiguity that we had a small child with us. No booster or appropriate toddler seating was offered at this high-top, either. We obviously declined. Expecting a toddler to safely sit at a high-top is not merely impractical--it creates a completely unnecessary fall and safety risk. We were then informed that if we wanted a normal table, we would need to wait another 10-15 minutes. At that point, I was genuinely stunned. We had already waited more than twice the time we were quoted. We had watched parties who arrived after us get seated ahead of us. None of those parties, to our knowledge, were forced to choose between an inappropriate high-top and an additional wait. And we could literally see empty standard tables. When we specifically asked about the empty four-person table near the bar, we were told we couldn't sit there because that server was having a very busy day and it would be another 15-20 minutes before she could take us. So let me understand this: your restaurant allowed a family with a toddler to wait outside in extreme heat for more than 45 minutes, repeatedly seated later-arriving parties ahead of them, finally brought them inside only to offer seating obviously unsuitable for a small child, and then--while empty standard tables were plainly visible--essentially told them to go wait some more? At what point does someone on staff recognize that something has gone badly wrong and attempt to fix it? There was no meaningful apology. No sense of urgency. No empathy. No attempt to problem-solve. No acknowledgment that the original 15-20 minute estimate had turned into 45+ minutes while other guests were seated ahead of us. What makes this experience even more uncomfortable is that we are a mixed-race couple. I cannot say why we were treated differently, and I am not going to make an accusation I cannot prove. But after watching multiple parties who arrived after us be seated before us, only to then be offered uniquely inappropriate seating for our family, I am left questioning why our family was treated differently. Was there some legitimate explanation that was never communicated to us? Was this simply extraordinary incompetence and poor management of the waitlist? Or was there another reason? I genuinely don't know. But the fact that your staff's handling of the situation left us even having to ask that question should concern management. We were patient. We were polite. We waited far longer than we were told we would. We stood outside with our toddler in nearly 100-degree weather and gave your staff every opportunity to make the situation right. Instead, we were met with indifference and a level of front-of-house incompetence that was astonishing. Restaurants get busy. Servers get overwhelmed. Wait estimates can be wrong. None of that explains why multiple parties arriving after us were seated first, why no one noticed or corrected it, why a family visibly accompanied by a toddler was offered a high-top, or why--after more than 45 minutes--no one seemed remotely interested in finding a reasonable solution. We ultimately didn't need special treatment. We expected competent treatment. We didn't receive it. Management should seriously review how the waitlist was handled today and speak with the front-of-house staff involved, because this was one of the most poorly managed and deeply uncomfortable restaurant experiences our family has had.
