When we started the massage, my therapist entered the room and with no warning at all, throws a hot ass towel on my bare back. Not hot enough to scald mind you, but hot enough that you would want some warning beforehand. YIKES! Little to no communication from here on out. The only real positive is that she actually worked on the sections we discussed even though I feel like I didn't get much relief. At the end, as she was walking out, she says," you'll get more benefits with added sessions." Little to no consultation, education, or additional information were given or offered, afterwards. It's really just all about getting you back in for more appointments as opposed to fixing your problems. All in all, I would suggest finding another spot where the people and prices are little more welcoming and you can get some education or insight as to what's causing your problem and not just a suggestion of more sessions. And with prices like these, that's exactly what's keeping them in business. I'll definitely stick to my little independent places from now on so I feel like I'm supporting an actual small business.
