She told me she was however, due to the weather and getting wrapped up in work, it took me a bit longer to get to her then I initially told her. Instead of her just leaving, she actually reached out to me to make sure I was still on my way and waited until I arrived. This is the type of customer service that will keep me coming back for sure.
