What causes the star fluctuations as opposed to previous reviews for other Sephora locations is the purchase of certain products themselves and what my experience is with that as opposed to any staff member performance...at least so far. What I got and have really enjoyed at this location is a body wash by the brand Necessaire. The bodywash I got is Eucalyptus fragranced and I really like it a lot! It feels cleansing and revitalizing as well as a great fragrance. It's a nice and pleasant "wake me up" while trying to shake off the grogginess of last night's sleep. I am definitely going to keep an eye out to try more products by this brand. I see that they have a Rosemary shampoo which I can say without a doubt I will be getting to try out in the near future!

My friend got me this mango hand cream and lip gloss. The rest of our friends bought something else according to their needs. They pretty much have anything you need for facial needs. The place just gives you a good vibe when you enter in and see what they sell. It is very open and very bright that it makes you want to keep looking what else they got. Although it's smaller shop compare to Sephora or other brand store, but it makes a great impact. The lady was very helpful and made sure we got everything we needed, plus a free sample . It was refreshing to know that a surgeon had kept up on the technology and adapted his process. That impressed me. I'm post op, retained my grafts, have no dog ears and my scar lines are tiny, which was amazing because I was huge. They were out of my usual color, but I selected two very similar shades since they were on sale. I snagged the second to last Ion 20% volumizer bottle (Yes!) and a deep conditioning packet. I wanted to purchase a Clover foot file but didn't know where they were. The sales lady could see me looking around, so she asked again if I needed help. She showed me where the files were and they had the one I wanted. (Score!) Finally, I browsed the mascaras. I was looking for Col-Lab High Rise, and after a few minutes scanning the makeup display, I found it. (Whoo hoo!) The sales lady asked if I was ready to check out, and I was. Yes, the store was a bit picked over and disorganized from the big sale. The sales lady didn't act like it was the happiest day of her life, but she was professional and personable. There are quite a few negative reviews for this place. I'm sure some are valid, but I also believe some are unwarranted. Sales people are like everyone else. Their attitude is often a reflection of the customer's attitude. A little patience and understanding can go a long way. Don't be afraid to visit this location. It's just as good as any other Sally Beauty Supply. They have frequent sales, and you should DEFINITELY buy the Beauty Club Card. The girl that works there helped me pick out everything I need to start my dip nail dreams: from EA Bond, to first coats and activators! I went home with step 1-4 bottles and two dip powders!
