This Walgreens closes very often out of nowhere. today 08/08/2023 store was closed around 6:30pm, this store is a joke, and this wasn't the first time, there has been some other occasions where either the "pharmacy" or the entire store closes due to "staffing issues". If you consider your health as important as it should be, do not send your prescriptions to this cartoon store, because the just Don't care. I will tell EVERYBODY I know to stay away from this Wall-gross store. Starting now, I'll change all my prescriptions across the street to Raid aid pharmacy. read more

They're rude especially their pharmacy. I waited 20 mins and I was the second caller just for the phone to ring for an extra 6 minutes and they hang up on my face. Went in today to pick up photos and asked if a canvas was ready. It wasn't but the worker named Ty went out of his way to get it done for me so I didn't have to come back tomorrow. I really appreciated this since I have a two week old baby at home. Thank you Ty for your customer service! read more

Terrible customer service, I have been contacted by walgreens that my prescription was ready twice and both times I waited about hour to go pick up and wss told that is was not ready come back in 15 minutes when I mention that I was contacted by phone they say oh well it's not ready come back in 15 minutes and shut the microphone off! I have even wait sometimes 15 to 20 minutes in line before I get to the window! I am going to go elsewhere and hopefully get better customer service! There's no # to call if you have a problem with the service that's probably why they get away with it! read more

Really this is a last resort kind of Walgreens. I've been here a couple of times, once late at night and once during the day. It is run down with little care in its maintenance. Both times I went there I waited in line despite the fact that there was only one person in front of me it seemed it took the cashiers forever to ring through the transaction. It has a security camera on the outside that during the night has a strobe light to alert people to it. As much as it is a signal for people to be aware that they are being monitored it is also a giant signal for people to be aware that there is a reason they need to be monitoring. read more

Customer service is terrible. No one picks up in the pharmacy. Did an antigen test for a cruise and it's 24 hr and still no results. Thought It's supposed to be rapid test? I was told there that I should see something in one hour. Now I have to pay to get tested at the cruise. read more

Very rude employees. Asked if it was possible to do a price adjustment to something online (50% off) and she was not only rude to us, but continued to talk crap about us to other employees as I was trying to put back the items/fix the display to be nice... gave up because I got tired of them laughing at us, so we just left embarrassed. I don't care if you're not willing to price match, that is completely your right, but there is no reason to be rude and talk badly about costumers to other employees while they're trying to help you. read more

This take place in Walgreen - Renton, Washington . And the lady who rude to me including Tran is Hien I think. She refuse to give me the name and hang off the phone immediately when I ask for her name. And when I call the manager, Hien is the name she gave me but say she is leaving or not available. I call in 09/04/2020 at around 2:45. And this happen around 2:30 - where Tran call the pharmacy to ask about her medicate but when she recognized Tran's voice, she start acting crazy and mean to her, and when I take the phone and tell her how disrespectful she is to her customers she start yelling nonstop and when I ask for her name and also want to speak to her manager, she hung off the phone. This start because on 09/03 Tran has coming to pharmacy and try to return her medicine without knowing that she can't return it due to lost receipts and she was yelling, threading when she come all the way to the back still yelling to her about medicine, about Walgreen will not let her take any medication. Understanding there may have some struggle in life but that not the way one professional technician will do. Please take action. It's really sad to know that someone not willing to help somebody for the good especially in this pandemic including all the protest has happen. Because not just Black life matter but All life matter. Racist and discrimination is not what I want to see in this time. She is unprofessional, rude. We are customer - and she is a just like a doctor to us. But she is showing unprofessional, mean to my family member - Tran. Who is not influent in English. I guess that the reason she is taking advantage on Tran. Loudly yelling at her, threading that she wouldn't be able to take any medicine from here anymore, filling her in the report or notes. Clapperclaw a customer is the way you help here? I don't think so. Tran is a Vietnamese and she is not good at English, but it not mean that she must get that "treatment". As a face of Walgreen, a face of pharmacy, this is not what I expect to face in this country, in this Renton, a worst customer service with no patience to your customer. For me, I don't think there are any reason for that act because Tran is showing her patience and appreciate in every word she said and she is trying her best in her words, it's must be something else and I think this is racist because she is Asian. One Star for the customer service and zero star for a disrespectful lady. I don't care who are you outside the world. But when you're working, you will not show your "face" to your customer. Usually workers are very helpful here. But today while waiting at photo section for several minutes. 2 workers walked by and did not ask if we needed help. The person at main register saw us waiting too. So, I walked to the main counter and asked for some help. The lady, Gloria, gave me an irritated look and said I hear her voice she should be there. Gloria was relieving Michelle at the register. Michelle totally ignored my request and hurriedly tried to walk away. So, I had to ask again for help. Although Michelle helped me and the other customer, she was not happy that I asked her. I think she was going on a break. Well, at least she did. And, clearly Gloria did not want to help or did not know what to do!! Just call someone or find the person who is supposed to be working at the photo counter!! Duh!! read more

Sign says 20% veterans discount on the 4th. Being former military I show them my military ID as well as my designation on my license. They spend 10 mins discussing what I'm asking for before ultimately denying me the discount they are advertising. This is why I never ask for these discounts. Completely embarrassing. I went to the pharmacy on Monday to drop off a prescription and after I left I received a text saying that there was an issue so I went back and they told me I had to be pre-authorized by my doctor. All good. They said they would fax them right away and I should call the doctors office to make things move along faster. I asked how long it should take to be authorized they said 1-2 days. No problem. I called my doctor and they said they would be anticipating the fax. It is now Friday and I have called back every day to check the status and every time it is not ready for pickup. I finally just called my doctors office because I can't get through to an actual Walgreens pharmacist on the phone and they said they received the fax a few hours ago... I understand being backed up at work and having a lot to get done but please have some heart and a sense of urgency when someone's health and well-being is dependent on the medications you have. Thankfully I am not so dependent on these specific meds that not taking them could be fatal. If my medication is lower on your list of priorities or the fax machine is broken just let me know so I can go somewhere else. And please leave this field if you don't care about the public's health. read more

It is a ghetto Walgreens. They have issues stocking products we use on a regular basis. And then blame it on the manufacturer. We've given them multiple opportunities to correct this situation, but they fail on a consistent basis. Nice people, but ineffective. Our bad for not switching sooner. read more

After asking for assistance from my previous review issues, I was contacted by Nic, who is the manager at the Sunset Walgreens. After a prompt conversation, he was extremely kind and understanding and offered me a refund for the film I was charged for due to the lack of communication between the two stores. Nic was extremely helpful, nice, and genuine and I truly appreciated his help and care with my situation. I probably won't patronage Walgreens since they do not offer the services I need anymore, but I appreciate the level of professionalism and good-business by the management after reaching out to them. If you love couponing do not come here...go somewhere else. They do not welcome customers using a lot of coupons. They would even tell customers go to other walgreens and use the coupons. They are happier to stock items and not sell it. Not coming back here. read more

Despite all of the negative reviews, I like this Walgreens. I can only review the pharmacy. My medications are filled quickly and I love the fact that they have a drive thru. I just moved to Washington and this is the only place I will have my meds filled. read more
