Irma asked me about what type of Spa services I previously had in MD and I told her about my previous Spa service I've had before. I liked that she asked those questions, because I'm coming from a different state, and she informing me that their is different terminology. Irma educated me about my skin, and what I mean by that is she took the time to explain what I need and what I don't need based upon her expertise as an esthetician. For example, all this time I thought I had moles on my face, but Irma said there weren't moles. Unfortunately, I can't remember what the scientific terminology name is, but she removed it. It took a day (maybe a few hours ) to heal, but when it healed my face was cleared of blemishes. It was unbelievable. It was like looking at my face for the first time just without moles.
