All around everyone I interacted with was very very friendly! I only waited about 10 minutes for my waxing lady to finish up with her prior appointment. Once I was brought into the room, I was out in 15 minutes. Her name is Francheska, she was quick and has a great hand because it did not hurt at all. Now for the place itself, it is evidently very clean and each room is sanitized after each appointment. Once you walk in the place looks very nice and clean. So I needed to make an emergency appointment for a dip powder mani/regular pedi because my normal…read morenail salon was booked. I went to this place because it was a convenient location for me & they had an opening. I absolutely regret it. In less than 24 hours almost all my nails started cracking. And I knew it was going to happen because the nail tech, mayvis, did not cure the dip powder correctly. Typically my normal nail tech cures the dip powder with a clear gel coat and then dries my nails under the UV light. Mayvis only used the dip powder then dried my nails under a regular fan. I'm extremely disappointed because normally my dip powder manicure lasts 3 weeks, now I have to spend another $75 to get it redone by an actual professional

There's good music playing and my service (Brazilian wax) was done quickly and efficiently. I have been to several other waxing places all over the Fort Lauderdale and Miami area, European wax center had me having to pay for someone else to re-wax because they literally missed 40% of waxing. It was ridiculous. And natura spa but after trying several estheticians there each one either left my scarred from the wax being too hot and ignoring my requests to cool it down, or they left behind many patches. And that is just to name a couple. Laura did a perfect job. Quick job with waxing and very low pain. Which I've learned means you have a good esthetician that knows your growth pattern.
