It is located inside of the JCPenney, and it's a great location. The store is small in scale, but has all the displays and inventory of larger stores. It is clean and well maintained, which I really appreciate. The staff was friendly, and will take the time to answer questions and assist if needed. I usually like to browse around and swatch colors, and they let me do that too. Usually I order my items online, so I really appreciate that I can make returns or exchanges locally. I also like to check out the Sephora exclusives that are only available at the Sephoras inside the JCP, and make sure to check out the Sale area too.

Depends on the day you go in and the workers that are working that day. The "stylist" I was scheduled with was 20 minutes behind schedule, I was told when I checked in…read morethat she would be right with me. This 100% worst haircut I have had in my life! My left side was 2" longer than the right and had areas that were so chopped up and uneven- A 10 year old could have done better. In addition, I had to sit and listen to the hairdressers gossip and complain about their co-workers. I spent 30.00 on a haircut and had to go to a stylist somewhere else to correct the mess.
