It is clean and well maintained, which I really appreciate. The staff was friendly, and will take the time to answer questions and assist if needed. I usually like to browse around and swatch colors, and they let me do that too. Usually I order my items online, so I really appreciate that I can make returns or exchanges locally. I also like to check out the Sephora exclusives that are only available at the Sephoras inside the JCP, and make sure to check out the Sale area too.
