Prior to this appointment, she never told me any rules. I have never done anything like this before so I brought my best friend/roommate with me for moral support. Also, I am a young woman and because she operates out of her house I wanted to bring my friend since it is an unfamiliar place. She opened the door and immediately started berating me for bringing my friend, saying I was "not normal" and "strange" multiple times for doing that. She said "I mean you're getting a brazilian, you really want her staring at your hoohah." She made me feel like I was weird when she was the one making it weird. I apologized multiple times and my friend said she would just go sit in the car, but she continued to make us feel so uncomfortable. She even said "I know I'm being harsh but if you really need her to sit and hold your hand that is not normal." After this experience I decided it would be better for me to leave as I did not feel comfortable doing something so vulnerable with her anymore. If you are going to get laser here make sure you do not bring anyone or you will be made to feel awful. Honestly I almost cried. Do not recommend.

This time around we both tried this location and both of us had the best experience with Cassandra Myself it was a first for time waxing for me, more out of curiosity and self improvement. Cassandra was excellent, I had 2 major areas waxed and I am smooth as a baby's bottom, although spoiler alert, it was not my bottom. Still a very pleasant, joyous painfree wonderful experience with Cassandra. Sure we had a small 'sell' for products but nothing hard or full time during our waxing. There were about 10 aestheticians talking and laughing loudly. During the facial the warm steamer was not used. First I was told that the machine was not working then she corrected herself by saying that the warm steam was not offered for that facial. When it has been in all the past facials I have gotten there in past. I do believe the manager was there and intervened. She was dismissive of my concerns and said we had a good deal because we got a discounted price on facial but that was not the case. I bought that deal for mother day at the price they offered. I was not even offered any kind of apology for the equipment not working during my facial. I mentioned that I would more than likely not be back to spa and the response was "OK" I don't have a problem paying full price or buying deal offered by the spa but I do have a problem poor service after they have your money.
