Came in for a mani+ pedi that my husband booked for me for my birthday, because as you can tell by my before and after photos- my hands NEEDED some love! This is my 2nd time coming here and I had a good experience the first time don't get me wrong but this 2nd time was even better then the first! Now the definitely have a customer for life :) The woman who did my mani pedi did them with such great detail and care, she didn't rush the service, made sure she wasn't hurting me when she was getting dead skin/callous off, and the gel paint she did on my toes and nails was PERFECT! Normally I leave a nail salon and their is little imperfections which is totally okay- but this woman did such a good job I couldn't find a single thing I could even complain about if i tried hahaha! I am very very pleased with my services, it is a bit pricy - but what isn't in 2025?? Either way, it is money WELL spent because I have zero complaints and I left feeling very pampered and relaxed. I called last minute for a pedicure appointment because I was just having an annoying day and decided to treat myself. The woman on the phone was so nice and helpful, and they got me in right away! The salon doesn't smell like a nail salon, and it's clean and spacious without the rushed feeling that you get from other salons. I got the fanciest pedicure they have the Lynn was very sweet and really took her time (I felt bad because I'm a hiker and my feet were ROUGH) and she never made me feel like I was a burden or anything. I'll probably get the regular or mid range pedicure from now on, though, just because their top of the line one has a LOT so it would just be a special occasion type thing. I'm going back to get my hands done tomorrow so I will update my review then! Update: had my nails done and Heidi is amazing! Went in to fix two gel x nails. I do my own nails so naturally I notice everything. The woman was nice but she was super lazy with the nails. She didn't care to wipe the nail after drilling it with dust all over my nail so when she applied the polish, there was dust on the nail still Not to mention she cut my finger while drilling. I asked her to put a fresh top coat on the rest of my nails and she left one nail bumpy. One nail she painted the French on to match was not rounded properly and the other one has a scuff mark?? They both engaged in conversation and made me feel appreciated and respected, something other nail salons haven't done before. I'd rate it over 5 stars if I could. Finally I found a place that quietly knows what they're doing! This is my third pedicure place I have tried in my 6 years here. It's clean. The vibe isn't over the top snooty. My last place I think I was the only customer that wasn't stuck up! Herbal nail bar does have crappy parking, but look around you will find a spot. They're a little more money than my last place by 8% but their professionalism is worth it. Lyn is the woman that does my pedi. Does a great job on my very sore feet. AVOID AVOID!!!! Went in for a full set and brow wax on 06/08. Told her while she was doing my nails that the white French was too thick. She said she would fix it at the end. She then proceeded to cut 7/10 cuticles! And then filed so hard at the wrong angle that she filed/cut the tip of my finger. I told her multiple times it hurt and she said "ok sorry" and kept going. She used a DIRTY NAIL FILE. A used one. All her tools were not sterilized. I've been getting my nails down regularly since I was 14 years old (I'm 25 now) and this was the worst experience/nails I've ever had. I told the receptionist I was not happy. She said a manager wasn't available to do a refund. I called them 30 minutes after I left, I explained the situation AGAIN and asked for a manager. She said they would only do a full refund in person and I would have to come get the nails removed. I explained I didn't have time to drive all the way back to the salon and have them removed. She said the refund would be a gift card for the store. I explained I didn't want to ever come back to this establishment because the tools were dirty. I should have known that middle of the day on a Sunday- the fact that not ONE customer was in there when I walked in. Was there for just over an hour and not one customer walked in. read more

I have been coming to this salon for over 10 years. Now I drive 30 mins to this place because I've moved. I made an appointment with Kim specifically for a Dip and Pedicure. When I arrived, Kim did my nails and eyebrows. They were fantastic. When it came time to do my pedicure, it was not done by her. She had no other clients, but it was not done by her. Why??
