From not knowing how to book an appointment! to not knowing are understanding simple healthcare terminologies! after being scene by the doctor the medication he prescribe was scribbled on a tiny peace of paper! But to add insult to injury the medication was never called into the pharmacy! There's a gift shop and food shops.Had a 55 minute wait in waiting room for dermatology and then an additional 20-25 in patient room. Dr appointment was only about 14minutes. My vitals weren't taken. Weight, bp, nothing. I've never experienced that at a dr appt. $40 copay too. Not the best experience, I expected better by the google reviews. Better rating if hadn't waited 85 minutes for 14 minute.

This facility is more then just an esthetician.to get a service done. This is a compound of health and wellness. I booked a tour to learn all about it. When I arrived to the desk met with Rose. She had a folder of all the information we were going to cover on services and pricing so I could focused in taking this all in. We took our time on the tour looking at each room and getting information on how to utilize under a spa pass, monthly membership or annual membership. There is a gym, a cafe, even an area to bring your laptop or books to have a quite space in a relaxing environment. On our tour we were even able to discuss the micro needing and Anteage with one of the technicians. Big fan of the salt rock and cryo offered. I have had great benefits from both of those services over the course of my lifetime. I.was so impressed after the tour I booked a facial for 1/26 and am looking forward to seeing how this compound can fit into my new world. Hard to put a price on wellness and happy to have health care benefits to do so. Purchased a spa pass $50.00 for the day to get you in the door and micro needling plus products Anteage $425.00. Went here on Monday for a spa day and started off with an amazing massage from Bronson. This was then followed by a custom facial with Jody. My face was breaking out pretty bad prior to this facial and it has been soo much better since! After those services, I had lunch in their cafe, followed by the salt room, cryotherapy, sound focus and biomat. The sound focus was new and something I had never done before. I m still super curious about if it works or not! By the end of the day, I was super relaxed and ready to go back to work the next day! I love that this place does not do tips so check out was a breeze. My hope is to go back monthly and take advantage of my full membership. My only complaint is that the cafe is not open on weekends!

Good Dr but will be switching due to payment practices - 1) they don't allow you to pay via credit…read morecard w/a mail in invoice; you are forced to physically go to the office to pay w/credit card - ridiculous waste of time and really disrespectful to the patients as if our time means nothing. Yes you can mail a check but I don't own checks anymore and need to pay with my healthcare credit card. 2) nickel & dime charges - have a complete body check up for suspicious moles 1x/yr, if she sprays you with the freezing liquid on just (1) tiny spot, WATCH OUT there is an upcharge of $200+. She will just spray you & not tell you there is an additional charge. Again ridiculous. 3) Near Expired products - purchased a product that only had a couple months left on the date for $60 and they explained that dermatology products are dated like this & it is normal. I don't buy that theory as I've bought other products from other derm offices and they are not even close to expiration. So again, good Dr no complaints about her but can't live with their ridiculous office policies. Voiced concerns to person at desk and said I'll not be coming back but it didn't concern her one bit. The overall feeling is that the practice is all about business and the patient does not come first. Luckily we have choices in where we go and I'm sure my chances are reasonably high that I will at least find a practice that takes a credit card payment by mail!

My primary care physician sent me to Epiphany because I could get in fast. I have what is suspected to be something vascular. I have a loud livedo racemosa pattern which Mary ignored. A year old painful lesion Mary called "normal" and skin extrusions as long as my palm that Mary called "a little keratin plug". No maam. Not from my lip. Any push back or questions were met with hostility. Mary refused to do the test my primary care physician requested to see if the obviously necrotic lesions were from damaged small blood vessels Mary accused me of drug use and picking at myself in front of my 15 year old non verbal autistic son. Just because he doesn't speak doesn't mean he can't hear. He is scared to death and kept putting my car keys in my hand and using his communication device to tell me to go back. This is not care. She unnecessarily performed a procedure on me, and all procedures carry risk, that any physician would know was the incorrect procedure. Mary also gave me Urea cream for skin damaged by poor blood flow. That could further irritate compromised skin and lead to infection because my skin barrier is failing. Attached are images Mary thinks are "little keratin plugs" and lesions Mary thinks are "normal". My physician begs to differ. So will Medicare. Yes. You got a Medicare patient presenting rare but documented skin issues that don't point to drug use or picking.
