Jen showed such respect to him and it was a big comfort to him to have some control as he was worried about things getting lasered or frozen off! I took my younger son recently. He was also nervous about procedures being painful (he has such a needle aversion). Jen was gentle, eased his worries and explained everything so completely to him. I'm very disheartened by my experience with Forefront Dermatology. I made an appointment and still…read morehad to wait almost an hour to be seen by the dr. He was very nice , but busy and while he addressed some concerns, he forgot to do the overall skin examination that I had scheduled. I didn't realize it until I was in my car. I went back up and it took a lot of convincing and wait time to get back in for the exam that I had scheduled. I'm partly to blame for forgetting too, but I felt rushed, as well. Fast forward to my follow up appointment. I called in to cancel because my dad had some serious health issues and I had to leave town. I later received a bill as a no show I talked to someone on the phone and they said they didn't see a record of my call (weird), but she seemed nice and willing to work with me and she said she would take care of it. Then I received another bill for the same. I sent a note back with the bill explaining everything and still received another bill. I'll pay it and even though there seems to be a shortage of dermatologists in the area, I will commute to avoid this office. They seem over scheduled, disorganized, and they don't honor their word. I rarely write a bad review ever, but I don't recommend them. I hope they read this and make improvements so that no one else has to deal with this. And the link Www.forefrontdermatology.com/customercare sent by Lewis, their representative just leads to the website not a section for customer care. If Lewis thinks I'm calling the office to attempt to sort this out yet again, he is sadly mistaken. I made several attempts before writing this review. I should add that leaving town because your father is on hospice should have been enough of a reason to avoid ALL of this. Including the threatening follow up letters. This should have been brought t the attention of management when I called and sent a letter. And management should have handled this with respect and care. No such service.
