I went to their La Jolla location, and I was very impressed by the services that I received. When I first called about a mole removal, the physicians assistant, Brittany, called me back, and it was nice to hear from the individual who would be taking care of me on the day of my procedure. They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of weeks. When I went in for my appointment, the office was clean, the staff was knowledgeable, and Brittany was very kind. She answered all my questions, and gave me tips on what I need to do to reduce scarring. She was able to remove the mold the same day. It's been about a month since the mole was removed, and it is healing so well! Just a little bit of redness, and I really think the scar will be very minimal! I did not use insurance for this procedure, and I thought the costs were very reasonable and fair. For any additional dermatology needs, I will make my way back to this center. read more

A while later the line went dead. I waited but no call back. 15 minutes later I called and, introduced myself again but felt by her tone that I was an imposition to the young lady. Sine I wanted to see Dr. Messina the girl from their office said 5he earliest appointment was Sept. 29 at 3:00. I said that was fine. Dr. Driessen did a capsulectomy on one of my breasts and replaced my old implants. Dr. Driessen, Tina and their entire team took care of me every step of the way. The level of care is absolutely amazing. I didn't feel rushed in any appointments, which I know is very common in most offices. If I could give more stars than 5 I would! I've been coming to this Med office for 2 years now, and I wont go anywhere else. I see PA Brittany Denue and she is THE BEST. I have been getting my lips injected with juvederm, Botox injections for my forehead and eyes, fillers for my under eyes, and even kybella in the past for my under chin for about 5 years now and out of all the injectors I been to I have never been as happy with my results as I am with Brittany. I will literally not go anywhere else. I live in San Diego and am a travel nurse so whenever I am home I definitely make the effort to see Brittany because she is worth it. She listens to exactly what you look you are trying to achieve and will be honest if they are the best decisions. I hate to look "fake" and like I've "had work done" but I never look this way after seeing Brittany. I had an appointment for a consult- but felt so confident with the doctor - I opted to have the procedure immediately after the consult. I arrived for my 9 a.m. new patient appointment 25 minutes early. I had mailed in the necessary medical forms a few weeks ago. The receptionist asked for my insurance cards. I realized I had forgotten to bring my wallet (MY MISTAKE - not theirs). I told her I lived in La Quinta and could get them and be back by 9:15. She said no. She said the next new patient appointment was either at the end of March or in April. The least she could have done is to explain the situation to Dr. Messina. She did nothing. The lack of flexibility and lack of a service orientation told me all I needed to know about Dr. Messina's practice. Did she think I had just dropped in looking for a free exam? So rather than a new patient, they got a poor Yelp review and someone who doesn't have anything nice to say about their practice. To top it off, in preparation for the appointment, I had reviewed Dr. Messina's website and found two statements that I believed were incorrect and that he might want to look at. I had printed the pages, circled the sentences, and gave them to the receptionist as I left. read more

Great experience with PA Brittany and PA Carrie. Arrived for my appt and was taken to wait in a serene comfortable lounge with bottled water available before I was called into an exam room. Receptionist and nurse were very friendly as well. I felt confident with my consult and explanation of procedures. She was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Dr Drissen Is awesome! I went in there thinking I possibly need liposuction, and boy did she make me feel good! I didn't need it! "AMAZING SURGEON" In love with my results. After seeing multiple plastic surgeons. I immediately knew I wanted my breast augmentation done by Dr .Natalie Driessen . The office is very elegant and clean. I was always greeted by staff members with a smile on their face. Making sure my visit was well taken care of. Dr. Driessen is an exceptional doctor. In my consultation she answered all my questions with knowledge, she went over all the details and was so patient. I was surprised she took so much time to make sure that my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed because this was my very first cosmetic procedure ever and I was full of questions. She then advised me of the appropriate cc's that would fit my body. She had a clear understanding of the look I was going for. She made me feel so comfortable and that was a big factor for me. You could tell she cares deeply about her patients. I've been wanting the surgery done for a while already I did a lot of research and the hardest decision people had was finding the right doctor they said you'll know when you find your doctor and after meeting Dr. D I knew my search was over. On my surgery date she was on time , asked if I had any questions before surgery and how I was feeling that morning then asked if I was nervous. I " WAS NOT" nervous one bit and that's the vibe she gives you! Also everyone in the surgery room made me feel like I was in good hands. I went with silicone 385cc under the muscle. My surgery was a success. Everything went well after surgery I was in minimal pain. The very next day I was able to move my arms up and down with no problems. I had no problem doing anything for myself after surgery. I was off the pain meds a week after surgery just taking Tylenol if needed. I did not bleed after nor did I have swelling or bruising at all in the whole time of recovering. I did a lot of research watched many YouTube videos about breast augmentation and women saying how painful it was and how they couldn't lift up there arms or hold a cup also ! Which completely scared me. I'm happy that I can't compare my self to them since I didn't have that problem with my surgery. My scar is under my breast which is healing very well the scar is very small and thin! Showing Natalie Driessen did and amazing job on me! Making me feel good about myself. I now have the breast I've always dreamt of they feel natural and look fantastic truly is the best decision I've made! Worth every penny. The Patient Care Coordinator Malorie Manriqueis was so amazing and kind as well always took care of me and answered all my questions. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Driessen to anyone considering plastic surgery. Remember cosmetics surgery is a super huge deal, It requires a well knowledge surgeon with skillful hands, and attention to detail and Dr Driessen has all of that. I took my 15 month old to Dr. Messina and Britney for a rash that my pediatrician couldn't accurately diagnose. They diagnosed the rash in one visit and gave us a otc treatment that rendered results within a couple days. They got us in SAME day and extended a VERY reasonable cash rate for our visit since we were out of network. I've never written a review for medical care, but their service and competence is rare in today's medical system.
