I'd honestly be lost without her. And I also have to give kudos to where the process starts; Cindy Palmer. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable and treats my requests/needs with urgency. My 1st annual visit with Dr. Ko was rushed from start to finish. I'm not sure it even lasted 5 minutes. Each concern I brought up was essentially dismissed as "sun damage". Since I have been treated for skin cancer in the past, this was concerning to me. After writing to the practice manager to complain and request to be switched to another practitioner, she phoned me and I was told "internal provider transfers were not allowed" at this time. I am stunned by this apparent policy! When I explained that I now need to be seen for a spot on my shoulder Dr. Ko "dismissed" but is worsening and I feel needs to be reevaluated, the practice manager informed me I had to be seen by Dr. Ko or not be seen at all. I told her that didn't work for me so now I'm searching for another dermatologist. My advice: stay away from this practice.

Dr. Harre is amazing! She is so kind and handled my issue with great concern and compassion. I…read morereally appreciated how much she cared about my problem and genuinely listened to my concerns. My case was very time sensitive which I explained to Dr. Harre and she was very mindful of that and put a lot of effort to get me what I needed as quickly as possible which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Harre because she is kind, caring, and extremely professional.

I was referred to this office many years ago by my PCP and my experience was definitely 5 stars…read more Office staff and Dr Harre were friendly and attentive. When I had a concern recently I made an appointment and was seen without delay, which is a plus. Even if a problem is not life threatening it eases anxiety to be seen quickly and I was. This time the office staff was polite enough, but not very welcoming. Dr Harre was not as attentive as she had been in the past. I felt like my concern was not taken seriously. She prescribed an ointment which I had filled but which had no effect. I was not told to return if there was no improvement, which there wasn't. I went to another doctor who did a biopsy. In the end, my concern turned out not to be a serious matter but treating it with an ointment was pointless. My two experiences, many years apart, were like night and day with this office. If I ever need another dermatology visit I will have to look elsewhere.

Didn't even introduce himself or ask me to remove it, walked in the room and tore it off of me and I did not realize there would be other people there. They inspected me like cattle/live stock for about 10 seconds (don't know how they could have possibly look at any moles in that time), told me I was fine and then left the room. Left humiliated like they just violated me and didn't even check anything. Disturbing that they haven't responded to this review.

It felt genuine. It was so warm, like a hug with words. As did the space/waiting room which is so lovely and so inviting. I'm currently working with Christopher May, and he was a joy to talk with. He was so personable; I appreciated how distractingly chatty (in the most engaging and friendly way possible) he was, because it made the experience seem much less painful and much more quick than it probably was. He's got really good energy, and I felt comfortable from the first moment we talked on the phone for my free consultation (and I had endless questions then). It's infrequent these days that your first experience with a business is an immediate success, but I knew from the moment I walked into 207 Laser that I made the right decision. But... As I'll be coming back, I'll be sure to update with each experience until the final result. #fingerscrossed (Other pros: they have a huge parking lot, are super responsive via email, and are - so far - incredibly thoughtful about privacy, safety, and your overall health and wellbeing).

Accidents happen but a good business will backup their work. I don't recommend this business. Because my face is so noticeable, I have to let people know what has happened which is even more embarrassing. When they ask where I went, I will make sure to tell them and word travels fast. I want to spare anyone else the pain of what I'm going through.
