After living all over the world for my job, and trying many dermatologists, she has gotten me the best results to date and I know if I ever have any skin issue, I can count on her to sort me out. The glycolic wash and glycolic gel products she has formulated and sells in the office have been the absolute best solution I have ever found for my teenage/adult acne. I always keep a stock at home and when I travel. I couldn't be more thrilled with my Botox treatments. The effects are exactly what I wanted while looking perfectly natural. Other members of my family also see Dr. Euwer with rave reviews. She and her staff are kind, friendly and take time to talk to you about your concerns. I highly recommend her for any of your dermatology needs!

Very professional, personable, friendly and spent plenty of time discussing my concerns. Then she was very thorough about my options, recovery, processes, and follow-ups. Luckily, I did not have anything serious and the little bumps on my face were easy to rid. She did a quick procedure in office and gave me samples of what I would need over the next few days (Aquafor and face cleanser). She told me exactly what to expect and when to reach out to her in the future if needed. Also, as a reference point, or coincidence, everyone in her office / staff had impeccable skin. It has been almost two weeks since I visited and I have had no issues. I am very pleased with the results, and are hopeful they will remain permanent. Also, her office is pretty nice, including a waterfall thing on the wall! Pretty fancy digs.

She walked into the exam room and within less than five minutes begins to tell my mother she should have a walker, she has Parkinson's, my mom should double up on her medication, and see a physical therapist. She then proceeded to try to complete a muscle test which I asked her not to do as this had no bearing on why we were there. We were there to have two spots on my mother's face checked. I couldn't believe what I was hearing or the entire experience. The way this Dr. so blaise stated all the of the above-mentioned things with spending less than 10 minutes with her and it had nothing to do with why we were there. I left discouraged and upset so I called the office, and they stated they would have corporate call me. Dr. Lyde called me back to apologize but then stood by how she conducted herself and well within her scope as a doctor she has to look at the big picture. Then she said we should find another doctor and proceeded to hang up on me. I am filing a formal complaint and leaving this review as I don't believe any doctor should tell someone to double up on their medication, especially with not being informed of their medical history and not their physician. What would have happened if I wasn't there and she went home and double up her medication?!?

I would first like to state that I am the most ideal candidate you could probably have for this procedure. I was 40 at the time, workout 4x a week with weights, walk 2-3 days a week, eat a healthy diet, stay on top of my hydration, do lymphatic drainage techniques regularly, etc. .... so a fairly fit and healthy individual with stubborn problem areas which is what Airsculpt is supposed to be for. My main issue was loose under arm skin that came from genetics, not weight loss as I have never been overweight and some typical excess fat women carry there. After my procedure I saw about 30% improvement which in my opinion was definitely not enough considering how good of a candidate I am and how much the procedure cost (about 10K). I went back and expressed my disappointment and that I expected a revision to be done. Dr.Hanz was not my surgeon for the first procedure but he agreed to be my surgeon for the revision. We had talked and agreed on that it was mostly the skin that was the issue so that the revision didn't necessarily need much more fat taken out, maybe a little, but that the main focus should be skin tightening. The revision surgery day came in June 2025 and Dr. Hanz and I talked one more time right before surgery about how it was the Skin that needed more addressing. Then what did he do? He took out even more fat than the first surgery! When I came out of surgery and the nurse told me that, my first thought was, "why would he take even more fat if loose skin was the issue? Wouldn't that just cause even more loose skin?!" But I decided to wait and see how the results turned out. Well here it is August 2026 and guess what? I was exactly right! Not only did it cause the loose skin to be more obvious but the over correction caused deformities in my arms. I'm so embarrassed about my arms now and to make it worse, my aesthetic is how I make my living. I understand that all surgeries can come with complications including aesthetic ones but in my opinion, this could've been mostly avoidable had the first surgery been done correctly and/or the second surgery actually been what we talked about. I expected so much more especially for that price tag. I am now having to look into a mini brachioplasty to fix the issue. Definitely not worth it for what it cost both financially and emotionally now that my arms have deformities and embarrassing loose skin. The first photo of my arm straight looks like fat hanging but it's mostly skin. The second photo with my arm bent and my skin tighter shows you the deformity all along the inside of my arm.

Dr Ricardo Meade - This Man Is A Unicorn…read more I moved back to Dallas after being gone for 30 years. I did not have anyone to provide referrals for services I may need, and I was considering having a lower face and neck lift. Fortunately, I am an internet sleuth and did massive amounts of research, so you don't have to. Aside from the fact that he is the top plastic surgeon in Dallas, his client reviews are also glowing. What stood out to me was how every review cited how much time he spends with you, whether it's a consultation or follow-up visit, etc. Even with this knowledge, I was still amazed by how very true those statements were. The night before my surgery, I had last-minute changes to my post-op care. He and his staff jumped through hoops to resolve MY issue. You will NEVER experience this with another doctor, nor their staff. He has a bedside manner that most do not, and he understands the importance of his name on his work. Anyone I encounter is shocked at how amazing I look since my surgery. Other places I go, for basic beauty/maintenance services (hair, nails, pilates), are beside themselves as they have seen their fair share of clients who have had plastic surgery, and they tell me that my results are the best they've ever seen. I told Dr Meade's office that not only did they make the entire process easy, but it was often enjoyable. I always look forward to my appointments. I rarely write reviews, but if I could give Dr. Meade ten stars, I would.

I originally shared my full experience on RealSelf and have also submitted a formal complaint to…read morethe Texas Medical Board, because what happened to me under Dr. David Liland's care should never happen to anyone -- especially a massive weight loss patient. After losing over 200 pounds, I was finally ready to remove my excess skin and close this chapter of my journey. I went into surgery feeling hopeful and was told I'd be receiving an extended thigh lift -- one that would properly address the severity of my loose skin down to my knees. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. My results were uneven, incomplete, and left me with deformities and no definition in my thighs. The emotional and physical toll has been devastating, made worse when I was told I'd need to pay again for a revision to fix work that should have been done correctly the first time. Since then, I've consulted with five other board-certified plastic surgeons in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Dr. Al Aly, who literally wrote the textbook chapters on massive weight loss body contouring. Every single one confirmed my results are not consistent with a properly executed MWL thigh lift and identified major technical errors. In my opinion, Dr. Liland is not qualified to operate on massive weight loss patients, despite advertising these procedures. Patients like me -- who've worked hard to lose hundreds of pounds -- deserve surgeons with true MWL expertise, not someone using them to gain experience. I wish someone had been this transparent before my surgery. If you've gone through massive weight loss, please research your surgeon carefully and don't be swayed by social media photos or marketing claims. I'm sharing this so others don't endure the same pain, expense, and regret I have.

From the moment you walk in, Maria and Betty greet you with warm smiles and are always ready to help with any questions. During my orientation and pre-op appointments, my nurses Olivia and Angela were amazing--professional, kind, and incredibly supportive. Even months later, I know I can reach out with any questions, and Angela especially has continued to be quick and reassuring whenever I've needed follow-up guidance. Dr. Liland is in his element right now. He's not just great at what he does--he truly cares and takes pride in delivering amazing results. Whether you're considering breast augmentation or any other procedure, I couldn't recommend this office more. You'll feel welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. Of course no pictures applied here! Maybe I can find a couple before and after!

I had just had twins that weren't walking yet so I explained I couldn't have surgery until they were walking. Sadly, my kids are almost two and still not walking, but I arranged with family to be able to not need to lift them and to schedule surgery for September. I was SO EXCITED! I called to put down my deposit, but was told that because it had almost been a year since my initial consult that I needed to come in again, so I did and was appreciative that I wasn't going to be charged another consult fee. The nurse and staff were all so kind in explaining this to me so I scheduled the second visit. After having pleasant conversations with the aesthetician and nurse, Dr. Khan comes in and seemed different than our first visit (which btw I thought fondly of her from), in this visit she hastily took my measurements again and explained that my breasts were now much more saggy and I needed not just implants, but a lift. I didn't understand her thought process so I explained that and that I didn't want more scars which would be involved with a lift. She then said, "Let me put this into terms you'll understand, you know when you fill a grocery bag with more stuff and it just sags..." ... I think asked, "Do you think my nipples are going to be downward facing if I don't do the lift too?" And she said "I don't know, but that's why you come to me and not Dr. Google." Honestly, I just didn't understand why I couldn't get a better explanation for the lift and maybe I do need one, but if she was treating me like this during consult then I didn't think she would take any of my other questions very well either. My feelings were hurt, I was so excited to schedule surgery coming in, but she didn't seem interested in helping me so I decided to just leave and booked an appointment with another surgeon in the area. If she could work on explaining reasoning better or maybe showing some examples that would be helpful.
