Had a really bad experience with this clinic. My first visit was virtual and the medication prescribed did not work. Was asked to provide pictures prior to the visit which were not even reviewed by anyone based on the questions that were asked. So I scheduled an in person visit with the nurse practitioner as a follow up. There was no attempt for a thorough diagnosis. Generic triggers like weather and stress were given as findings. I sought a second opinion and the doctor performed required tests and laid out treatment options. That is what we expect from any medical practitioner. The two visits were a total waste of time and money with incorrect diagnosis.

I contact the front office staff to forward the referral (that I figure they MUST have received, since I was able to schedule the appt). They tell me there is no referral on file, like it's no biggie. It took me 25 minutes, questioning them, while they double checked nothing was on file, had NO Explanation how my appt was booked without a referral, and then they gave me the number to Billing. What's that going to do? I'm sure there is 'fine print' that put the responsibility to pay on the PATIENT. Honestly, Innovative Dermatology was so bad with handling insurance / any paperwork, I actually paid out of pocket to go back to my OLD dermatologist.

I reached out multiple times to discuss the situation and request a resolution but never received a response. On top of that, I was prescribed the wrong medication -- something meant for bronchial issues -- when all I had was a simple skin infection with itching and pimples on my back. The doctor also incorrectly diagnosed me with a hemangioma (a benign tumor made up of blood vessels), which was completely false. I went to my primary care doctor, who confirmed it was just a skin infection and prescribed an antibiotic that cleared it up in three days. To make things worse, I later received another bill for $124.99, even though I had already paid everything. I do not recommend this place. I found the experience dishonest and unprofessional.

I'm only 5'1 and 115lbs, btw. I asked him to remove them and he refused, even though he tells you he guarantees his work. I have to have revision surgery with surgical mesh, which was quoted at nearly $20,000. Since you can't size down, I'm stuck with this size forever unless I remove them and get a lift with huge scars. If I could give him 0 stars I would. Not a day goes by that I don't regret the decision to work with him.

I did consultation after consultation, and finally after 10+ years I found the doctor that I felt completely confident in...Dr. White. He is not just a surgeon he is an amazing sculpting artist and pays great attention to details. I had a tummy tuck and small amount of lip around the ends of my scar to help in the scar lying flat (8 hours of total time in surgery he also repaired a hernia I had no clue I had) and to say I am thrilled and completely satisfied is an understatement. I had ZERO pain, no pain meds, no bruising, swelling has been minimal. I am at 7 weeks post op. My belly button is PERFECTION, the muscle tone in my FLAT tummy is so far beyond what I had imagined. Dr. White walked me around the hospital the next day. He will NOT sugar coat his instructions of what he expects of you and do it exactly like he tells you. Do not let these folks who go to an assemble line mommy makeover tell you "I didn't have to do that". Because is long term results and proper heeling is the key. He is not cheap but if you want the best and the best results you have to pay for it. I have had a lot of follow up visits, he's very companionate about his work and your expectations. He educates you in detail prior to surgery. Dr. White is very caring, he even helped get us to the best doctors for my husband's BP and heart issues (which he is perfectly fine now). Every time we go in he always ask my husband how he is and what's been going on. The girls in his office ( Melanie, Jamie, Kathryn and Sierra) are the sweetest and very attentive.
