A week later, I contacted Dr Welsh through the patient portal, as I was having an issue with one area where the biopsy was taken. She never got back to me after my initial question. Last week I called her and asked her to call me back - I would like my results of the biopsies. NO RESPONSE. The reason I called and didn't use the patient portal is because there is a VIRUS on their web site - see below. I have since tried calling, but there doesn't seem to be a way to reach their admin. I go through ALL THE OPTIONS and then it hangs up. Of course, I got the bill a couple days ago. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE STAFF AT THIS OFFICE?

However, I was just told by the receptionist to Google the question I asked when I called and that was uncalled for. In my job if I told a customer that I would be reprimanded, if not fired. I felt the entire time on the phone call that I was not wanted as a customer and was a bother for even calling, much less for asking a question. When I go in for my follow up the summer I will be speaking to the provider about changing my care to another provider/office. This is not the first time I have felt this way and I do not get this feeling from any other provider that I see. I refuse to pay good money to be treated like this by the office staff.

The help received though was very good and I got my diagnosis and medications on the first day.
