I always give a 20% tip when I get a massage or a facial because these people generally are not paid a big salary. I have never been asked to leave a tip. to a nurse for a face treatment, and I have had many. I called several friends, and they also had never heard of tipping a nurse, especially when the bill is so large for an hour's treatment. I'm wondering if this is the norm in Myrtle Beach. When I said, "hey, slow down", she responded, "we're either a good fit, or not!" Hmm? The cut was exactly the opposite of what I had asked for, after asking to see the photo several times. Now, I will say that it was in no way the cut I requested but the worst part was after going there for a pedicure and mentioning my displeasure to my pedi person about the haircut and she agreed there was no similarity between the photo and my hair. No problem. It's not the first haircut that I got where I wasn't satisfied. And because of Frankie's (Trish?) attitude at the appointment, I didn't dare go back and complain. All that being said, I attempted to make another Pedi appointment and was told they were not accepting appointments for me. No explanation, nothing, just no appointment for me! The desk person stated that all she knew was that she was not allowed to schedule me AND at the time I was getting the cut, there were a total of one other client and Liz in the entire salon when I was there and the only person who said anything negative was the stylist. I was too shocked to speak. I in no way complained about the cut to her, but it was mentioned to Liz who had referred me to the stylist, when I was there a week later.

After the swelling went down on my face, there was no discernible difference. None. $600 gone. I contacted the business and told them of my dissatisfaction with the result. Or non-result. Dawn, his assistant called. She explained to me , "that happens". That happens? Why was I not told about that? "Jamison likes to go conservative. " How about if I make another appointment to get another vial? Not gratis. Not discounted. Another $600. Wow! $600 wasted the first time. I feel I was lead on. Maybe my fault. Maybe I was vulnerable. This place is junior varsity to say the least! What turned into a trip with my girlfriend to get an…read moreprocedure done similar to Botox, turned into a massive time bulgar with extra associated costs. I wish I never heard of this place. Initially my girlfriend purchased $2500 worth of cold sculpting and Jeuveau injectables. My girlfriend purchased the injectables for me and her to do together, but when we went to the clinic we found that she could not transfer the credits to me, which seemed odd because they were already purchased. I elected to buy them myself to support my girlfriend and do something new together. $370 later with a $75 coupon I found myself pretty excited since they were projected to last 4 months or so. Long story short. I went back for another procedure because the initial application did not work and spots were missed. I looked like I had bad Botox . I came back a week or so later to get it fixed and was charged $75 more dollars, which I would have paid $1000 at this point to get myself from looking the way I did. I then took a third trip back because my wrinkles came back in 3 weeks. After talking with Dr Hensley he said 3 others had stated the same problem that were treated the same day (my girlfriend being one of them) and it could be a bad batch. Dr. Hensley and I talked while I explained that I would be a life long customer if we could find a product that worked. He stated he would give me a credit, and to check in a week or so. I called today and no credit was applied. Notes were put in my file regarding my issue but no credit. He straight up lied to my face, and his administrative clerk/ social media rep was the one who had to deal with it. I felt bad for her. My girlfriend on the other hand was told she never received a promotional deal and each treatment would be at full cost. This was done after all of her treatments were complete. Unfortunately we have the flyer and my girlfriend purchased the items with 2 other of her girlfriends, so we will see how this turns out. In the end I'm very disappointed in how me and my girlfriend were treated by the owner and some staff members. It felt like we became the enemy when we just wanted to buy and try some of the services available. I feel like they are struggling to pay the bills or something and they need every dollar they can get.
