Had an issue with our truck while traveling through Amarillo, TX. Found Watson Auto Repair on the web and called, Drew got me in that day. We went into this repair expecting a repair that could run into hundreds for parts alone. Upon disassembly, Drew found some work by a previous shop that had cut corners with their work. Bottom line, Drew reassembled the parts properly with no new parts needed and charged an extremely fair amount for his labor. I want to thank the people here at Watson's Automotive &Diesel. I give the owner five stars cause he went out of his way to help my husband and I get back on the road after our alternator went out on our Dodge . It's Saturday night about 4pm I call he say send me over your vin number , so I do . A few minutes later he tells me he can pick one up in the morning and install it . He was there bright and early Sunday morning and we are back on the road . Oh did I mention that the tow truck driver from Ricks Towing who we tipped 100 buck to put our driveshaft back in after having to remove it to tow failed to tighten the bolts and totally lost a bolt . Thank God my husband ask Watson to just check it . He fixed this problem also even went to town and got a new bolt . Five stars for sure !!! read more
