Not sure how long she has been working at this location. she really should not be a manager of a storage unit with that kind of attitude toward customers. I pay a lot of money for my storage unit and shouldn't be treated the way she treated me. A lot of different storage units in Fresno and Clovis just beware of this location and Kim the new manager.

The big issue came later when I found a valuable item was missing and it had to be done on the packing side.
