We didn't hear back so we called and spoke with Jerry again he said he did get our email (although he never responded to us to let us know he was working on anything) and he was checking the warehouse for availability. He said he should know by the end of the day Friday. I called Tuesday since I did not hear back from him. He said he needed to come out and check out our set up and check with his guys. I said he could come the next Wednesday and see. Then he did come out Wednesday morning before noon and saw what he needed. I once again waited to hear back from him never did. I called Friday morning and left a voicemail to see when we could set up the install. 2 weeks have gone by at this point. He never called back. We called another company they gave us a quote and we have an install scheduled 2 days later! That's the service we were looking for. What a shame! I gave 2 stars because when I did have interactions with Jerry he was very friendly and did come out the day he said he would. However, they really dropped the ball on a job that was over 3,000 dollars In this economy that's not easy to part with. I sure didn't want to do business with someone who has no time for me.

I eventually found myself having to call another AC company, even though my AC is still supposedly under his warranty. I am not sure what happened, but at this point, refusing to respond to my attempts at contacting him, and now wondering if my warranty is useless, I cannot recommend this company.

I didn't even know what a linear vent was but…read moreFrank sold me on it.. long story short Franks crew could not install a linear vent that works and didn't drip water all over my condo.. 2 months a lot of frustration and $1,600 dollars and it's a joke what they did to my vents. I ended up having Razorback Ac rip out and fix it all in three days with a very professional crew. If you need help with vents call Carolyn at razorback she saved my life and possibly my marriage considering I have a 6 month old baby. I'm actually talking to my lawyer about recourse because the job was done so poorly and franks vent team was so bad. He went directly to payment and I agreed on the $500 payment since he had to go to my roof. He wanted $9 per ft x 25 for roof, $12 per ft x 25 for cleaning. Gave me a discount with Zelle or Apple Pay. Comes with a complete video. He goes up, comes down and demanded I pay him before he started. I said complete the job and I will pay you. He thought I was not going to pay him. I said fine and he left. He walked away from $500, I don't think he could do it so he left.
