These people are rude beyond compare. Charged me $186 to hook up battery they said was hooked up…read morewrong. I had a few questions and they just got louder and louder repeating that the battery was hooked up wrong. The more I tried to get a simple question answered, regarding a charge on the bill, the louder and the more rude Oliver and the front desk clerk got. He was especially rude. Event though the old truck is in rough shape the driver, John did an excellent job removing it from its resting place of over 30 years. He diligently worked with care and expertise. He winched the truck out and onto the transport rig even with the 4 flat tires. Once he delivered it to me in Indiana he assisted me with getting it positioned in my driveway ( hard to do by yourself with 4 flat tires) .
