Obviously they cant fix them in Bangor! The Coworker says.. call Dan's Automotive! I used to live in Bangor and they were my go-to mechanics then.....15 yrs ago...and I am pleased to say...they still have the awesome customer service. Same friendly staff and willingness to help. The drove TO ME aired up my tire so I could drive to their shop...they fixed my tire very reasonably and had me in/out all within an hour. How awesome is that??? I only work in the building 2 days a week, rest assured any and all mechanic work I may need....will go to them! Thank you Dan's Automotive...you kept me from starting my weekend in tears!!!

Do not purchase a car from this dealership. We bought a Ford F150 with 76,000 miles on it. Within…read moredays of having it there were lights on dashboard indicating charging issues and we have since found out it needs a new engine. We've heard from another Ford service department( who have looked at our truck) and they have said that Baker would have know about this issue. After multiple calls to the dealership no one will call us back. Terrible customer service and selling cars they know have major issues. Don't buy from this dealership!!!

Tried to make an appointment recently and was told to come on down anytime and it would be take care of right away. No come back 5-6 hours later. Too busy. Then made an appointment was told I would get $10 off for the hassle. Did not. Have asked to have my tires rotated the last 3 times. Not!? Then my fiancé made an 8 am appointment and was told they would not be able to get to it for 2 hours.
