I waited a few days after my dental appointment to post a review because I could not stop crying. (Don't worry they are all tears of Joy) Dr. Cerny's office is nothing but professional. Each member on her team plays a vital role. Alice is wonderful she goes above and beyond helping patients figure billing out so we don't have too. Amanda the dental assistant is always smiling and a will go out of her way to make you comfortable. Lisa the dental hygienist is real gentle and the whole time she is cleaning your teeth she's educating you about proper care of brushing/flossing. I have never touched that charcoal based toothpaste again! Even the new girl Kaylie it's like she's been there since I became a patient. Everyone there is awesome all kind and respectful. It's comforting going into a Dentist office and not experiencing any anxiety or feeling judgement from any of her staff. The office is always clean and never smells bad. Dr. Cerny She is very honest and knowledgeable about cosmetic dental work but also what really is the right course of treatment. Most of all Dr. Cerny listened and only stated facts. She told me what she can deliver and not only did she make it happen but she truly cares about each and every single patient. She fixed my dental issues that were results from careless work performed by another dentist. I can chew properly now and there's no pain anymore. After the work she did to my mouth I have had nothing but compliments and people wanting her contact info. I can't Thank you Dr. Cerny and the team enough for making me smile again. I have all the confidence now to take more selfies with my daughter. Without you taking me as your patient and working with me this would not have happened. He had xrays and I was sent there by my dentist with a message from her for an extraction. They tell me no this is just the consult. They had my health questions filled out on the email they sent me with meds and health issues filled out. I don't have a lot of time as I work full time and care for an ill family member on hospice. My time is limited. There is barely a tooth there as it was decayed under the crown. When I did see the dentist he asked me two questions stuck his finger in my mouth and said ok we can do this today but I have to fit you in. Two hour wait time. If they had told me that it was a consult I would not have taken the appointment. He may be a good surgeon but there was no communication. They asked me to be there at 720 and they didn't open the door until 730. Then they wanted a fee for a consult, that was a hard no. So no I would not recommend him. His office was all pretty furniture and big screen TVs but I feel it was just a little too foofoo and not enough medical.

We…read morecame up with a plan for replacing old cracked fillings and for a tooth that I hung onto for way too long. The hygienist was amazingly friendly and professional and so good at her craft. She put me on a shorter cleaning schedule so I could catch up from the neglect through Covid days. Didn't hurt a bit! After about a year and a half playing catch up, the work has begun. I'm well on my way to my teeth being fully restored! Also, after weighing all of my options about that darn tooth, I finally got rid of it and can smile again without being embarrassed. They provided me with choices and gave me time to make the right decision for myself. No pressure! I'm glad I chose here. I can see the difference in care from other places I have been. They work as a team. Dr. Seaback is amazing. Very skilled! She also worked with my insurance after a denial and they caved! She's amazing. It's not what you'd expect from an oral surgeons office, but it sets a high standard for all dentistry in our area- surgical or not. I live in Troy and work in Clifton Park and I am 100% not only willing but eager to drive to Albany for this practice.
