Some of the these specials are the Roasted tomato basil pesto and fresh mozzarella cheese 5/5, Figs caramelized onions and goat cheese 3/5, 3 cheese - feta, cheddar and parmesan 4/5, Artichoke, leeks and Boursin cheese 3/5, spinach and feta 3/5, apricot pistachio fresh rosemary and brie cheese 3/5, homemade date jam almonds and blue cheese 3/5, mushroom and Manchego cheese 4/5, garlic thyme cheddar 3/5...to name some we have tried. Can't wait to see what comes this year! They also offer these croissants on a regular basis, but as always, first come first served so your favorite options might be gone the later you go in the day. Ham and cheese croissant, jalapeno bacon and cheddar croissant, chocolate croissant, guava croissant, almond croissant and plain croissants. Thanks for having such a nice variety. The fresh breads are also amazing like the huge loaves of ciabatta $4, garlic bread and sour dough. For dessert the white chocolate raspberry scone was delicious 5/5, coconut bar 5/5, lemon lime shortbread 4/5. They also make signature cakes and macarons. Check out their page or Yelp for some of intricate cakes they have made over the years.

Finished lunch across the street and seen Sugar Bees Bakery so we walked in to check it out. One of the employees was putting Biscoff Cookie Butter Cinnamon Rolls back into the display as I walked in, and we both laughed because she put them right in front of my face and I couldn't say no!! That's how good they looked. It was my first time ever, and within less than one minute I knew what I was walking out with. I snagged a cinnamon roll for $5, it was very large, delicious looking, and shareable for two. We devoured it when we got home and it was PERFECT. I wish I had the photo evidence, but sometimes you gotta eat first before the phone! We will be telling our friends about Sugar Bees and also be back :)

You can basically eat any French baked good or pastry you can imagine, and their meals look amazing! Well, that Croque Madame delivered on all fronts! Crunchy & crusty along the edges, while perfectly soft and savory in the center. I'll be back here again next time I'm in Vegas!

It feels like they're struggling with the balance of moisture and bake time, which is fatal for a Napoleon or a croissant. It is really about technical execution. First, the croissant: The flavor was decent, but the texture was "dry." It lacked the rich, buttery lamination and shatter-crisp exterior you expect from a high-quality croissant. It felt lean rather than indulgent. The Mango Macaron was easily the biggest disappointment. The texture was way past its prime, stale and chewy with no crisp. Beyond that, it was a "sugar bomb" with no discernible mango flavor. Even the construction of the macaron looked rushed with no pride in the finish product. The Napoleon & Apricot Tart: Both were "okay" at best. The primary issue here was the pastry felt noticeably underbaked, lacking the structural integrity and GDB that defines these classic pastries. If you are looking for an authentic French-standard experience in the area, there is way better not that far away. Highly disappointing.
