They do take walk-ins but I always book ahead of time in order to limit wait time. Danny and Yena are my go-to nail techs for acrylics as they take impeccable care and really focus on making sure your nails are done perfectly which is so hard to find anymore. For pedicures, Mary and Rania are both fantastic and just as detail oriented which is a must for me. Scott, the owner is awesome! Always so friendly and helpful. This place was very accommodating to me as I called in on a whim and they were able to squeeze me in same day within that hour! It had been years since I have treated myself to a set and was totally impressed with what I got. I got a gel X set with an ombré soft pink to white tips and a deluxe pedicure with gel French tipped toes that included a hot stone massage. Owners Scott and Brianna are the most friendly nail salon owners I've ever met. They have great customer service and they will always go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied. They take the time to get to know each client and always greet you by your name. They hire nothing but the best employees. Every employee is very friendly and accommodating. All of them are very talented as well. The vibe is chill. They always have fun music playing for you to sing to or relax too. Sometimes they will play movies for their customers to watch as they get their nails done. Scott goes around and hands out free water bottles to customers who are thirsty. They always have complimentary little sweets at the counter. If you're not happy with your service or there was a problem, Scott always finds a way to make it right. To start off I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time to get my nails started, Kelli rushed my nails, she was done in less than 30 minutes (have never had someone do my nails so fast and miss some steps in the process) I even mentioned when I made the appointment that I was very particular and picky with my nails and I wanted the most experience nail tech, so I didn't have any problems. But that OBVIOUSLY wasn't the case..They don't take PRIDE in their work, just money to get people IN AND OUT!!!! She also cut and burned my nail bed while drilling my nails, my middle finger on my right hand is uneven becuase she filed too much. I brought it to her attention after I washed my hands and she said blamed it on my finger LOL. I wasn't going to argue so I just paid $40 for a BAD SET... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! read more

This salon is in a strip mall by Fry's. My spouse and I went for pedicures. We were seated quickly, waiting about one minute. They set both of us up with hot water to soak our feet. The seats are very orange and not comfortable even after adjusting. We slumped in our chairs as there was no lumbar support. I am short and had to push my seat up as far as I could to reach the water, and then my toes hit the front of the tub. They did my spouse's pedicure first while I over soaked my feet turning them into plump sausages. The person that did my pedicure made no eye contact, made no introduction, and did not ask which pedicure I wanted. She just launched into removing my old nail polish. It was a quick and barely adequate pedicure. I cannot recommend this place. read more

I am so grateful for America's Nail Spa! They saved my vacation after I had missed my nail appointment before heading out of town. From the packing and adventuring, my nails done elsewhere started cracking. I went into 3 nail salons in Sedona and called even more, but none would help me because I have hard gel on natural nails. I explained the situation to Scott, the manager at America's Nail Spa, who understood and was able to get me in that same day. I tentatively made the 20 minute drive to Cottonwood and arrived to such a warm and friendly greeting after being rushed out of all other nail salons earlier that day. Scott set me up with Sonny who was so kind and I could tell experienced with my apparently specialized hard gel nails. I was concerned that he might rush my service which included a spa pedicure since I told him that I was just in town on vacation. That was not at all the case. Sonny put so much attention to detail into both my gel manicure and pedicure. I could not stop thanking both Scott and Sonny for their excellent care and service. Their prices are so reasonable too. I went to the salon for a mani/pedi yesterday. The lack of attention to detail is glaring. I chose a luxury pedicure. My pedicure was anything but a luxury experience. The technician left polish on my cuticles as well as on the end of my toes. This morning the big toe on my R foot is irritated because she cut the nail too short!! I chose a standard manicure. The manicure was less than satisfactory. I actually had to tell the technician the nail length on all 10 fingers needed to be the same. Yikes!!! I knew it was time for me to leave when she cut my finger. Yes, I left in the middle of the manicure process. I washed my hands and went to the reception desk. The receptionist tried to remove the polish from my toes. He told me there was polish on the end of my toes because I put pressure on my toes while walking!!!!! When I told the receptionist the service was not good (paraphrasing) he told me I was getting what I paid for. (Paraphrasing) He said they are a low cost service and that my expectations were too high. At this point I told him I wanted to settle my bill and leave. He took $5.00 off because I left before the polish was applied to my finger nails. After paying the $52.00 bill I left the salon feeling as if I been ripped off. I did not leave a tip. read more

You know I first started going there, and I had no problem whatsoever asking for a pink and white. Now all of a sudden when you ask for a pink and white fill you get pink with painted gel on it and they charge you $55 they used to charge me 45 for a full pink and white pill but now they call it something like hombre no idea anyways very poor service. Worst manicure I have ever had. It was as if the man who gave the manicure never did one before or even knew what a manicure was! I went in for a gel manicure and he removed my tips without asking and when I asked him what he was doing he said my nails were long enough and didn't need them. I had to tell him three times what shape I wanted them to be as he made the nails all different shapes and could not seem to make them the same. It got worse from there and I got up to leave and did not even want him to continue as my nails looked so bad. I showed the manager and he tried to make many excuses for the manicurist then said he would have some one fix them. I had the worst experience here. Got my nails done by Tony. One had a thing that looked like a splinter sticking up, one was extremely lumpy. And several we so rough around the edges that it was ridiculous. I went back to see if they would make it right. It was not good. I was accused of cursing because I said Tony, in my opinion was not a good nail person. He way over charged me, then told me if I came back I was going to have to get a full set. I was a faithful client of this nail salon for a couple of years until one day I got a pedicure and the guy who worked on me did a horrible job! He clipped my big toenail at an angle giving me a long-standing painful ingrown toe nail which ended up hurting for a very time! He was curt with me upon paying.
