They do take walk-ins but I always book ahead of time in order to limit wait time. Danny and Yena are my go-to nail techs for acrylics as they take impeccable care and really focus on making sure your nails are done perfectly which is so hard to find anymore. For pedicures, Mary and Rania are both fantastic and just as detail oriented which is a must for me. Scott, the owner is awesome! Always so friendly and helpful. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and the salon. The ambiance is relaxing, the space is very clean, and the overall experience is always top-notch.

The man who did them was talking about how he couldn't wait to leave. Finally he was done after burning my several times with the tools. I paid and let as I was on my way to Sedona. I should have looked at his work SMH. I saw his work about an hour later as I settled into the hotel. HORRIBLE. The powder is fully covering some nails. The top coat has peeled off exposing a horrible and dull looking color. I have never been so unsatisfied with nail service. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!

The staff was kind and the salon was clean, but my gel manicures chipped within just a few days both times. I'm experienced with gel polish, and it usually lasts two weeks for me elsewhere. During the first removal, the polish was pulled off, which left the face of my nails damaged. At another salon, they used a gentle product that lifted the gel easily without causing any harm. Their technique was the same as other salons so perhaps its their product?
