I never reviews this…read morebad, but since they just sent me a text promoting their business as "Murai Therapeutic" now that their old Groupon page seems down, I fear they're using different names to avoid getting dinged for bad practices. I had initially scheduled a massage and facial appointment for 5/30 and all seemed good. Not even 24 hours later, I get a text that my appointment was in a day, when I was flying out of town. No biggie -- she removed that mistaken appointment as soon right after I texted her. But then she cancelled my 5/30 appointment a few minutes later. Luckily, I purchased through Groupon and was able to get a refund -- this is important since I do NOT recommend ever giving this business your credit card number. When 5/30 rolled around, I received a text that I had an appointment in four hours. She re-added my appointment to her booking platform that same day, so I used that link to cancel. I received a text saying I'd be charged $25. She only backed down when I sent screenshots of the cancellations they initiated (and probably since they didn't have my payment info on file). No apologies ever in this process. I also don't think texts from their main number are automated like they make them seem due to grammatical errors ("press C for confirming"), so I must block them to avoid getting these wild promotional texts.

The nurse, Alisha , was amazing, she took the time to explain everything to me and when I had questions, took the time to answer. That might seem like that is the job of the nurse the difference for me was the delivery. Dr. Walter was fantastic the whole step of the way. Her and Alisha made me comfortable just by having a casual conversation as she was doing the procedure. It really helped to take my mind off everything.
