AAA towed the car to the O'Reilly Auto Parts parking lot. We started calling places that possibly could work on the car, left a lot of messages, nobody could even look at the car until Thursday of that week. Mobile Auto Repair returned our call the very next morning saying they could look at the car at 9:00 am. Danny arrived and soon determined that the coolant reserve tank had a broken nozzle. He went to O'Reilly's and got a new tank, replaced it in the vehicle, made sure there were no leaks or bubbles in any lines, and we were on our way. We brought…read moreour vehicle to them and even though they were trying to close up for the day (and the weekend), and we were sure that the problem would be a job of at least 4&1/2 hours or more, they immediately made sure we could find accommodations and would be OK while we waited for the repairs (especially since we were from out of town and only passing through), then they immediately put the car into their shop & started checking for the problem. Before we could even get a Uber or Lyft they came out and told us they had fixed the car already. All it needed was a need radiator cap and 1/2 quart of oil, and they REFUSED to accept any money for payment. They fixed our problem and had us back on the road in no time at all and charged us ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!! They are the absolutely BEST, nicest, kindest mechanics I have ever met!

We arrived at 330PM and the workers said very loudly "were closed" and motioned for me to leave. I explained my problem and they opened up the doors and helped. Still with a very bad attitude and customer service. Charged me $20.00 and we left. They did a lousy tire repair job and had to buy a $225 tire when I arrived in PHX............
