Went in a few weeks ago for an oil change. My car is newer, so $100 seemed reasonable. About a mile down the road after I noticed issues with acceleration. Turns out that instead of draining the old oil and putting new oil in, they drained about 4 quarts of the transmission fluid and added new oil on top of the old oil. Cost me an extra $300 ab about 12 or so hours of hassle. read more

Charles at victory is the manager and a while back I had my truck serviced there and had a problem with my fuel filter that they had changed. I live up in Pine and my truck would not start Charles drove up and found a loose connection to my fuel filter he fixed the problem and said the next time I came in that I would get a discount on my oil change. I went in today for an oil change and Charles did not charge meFor my oil change! I would recommend victory to whomever needs an oil change. read more

We were passing through Payson on Saturday and got amazing impromptu service here from Kurt, Austin and Luke. Our Subaru had been losing power the last 15 miles into town. We didn't know where to go in a small town on the weekend, but these guys were open! Even though this is not a full-service repair garage, they told us they were happy to take a look. They found that a spark plug wire had come loose and fixed it for free! They saved us from being stranded on the road for two or three nights! We had the attention of the team for a good half-hour as they checked the battery and a few other things, so we tipped them each of course. They even replaced some plastic fasteners that had been missing under the hood. We highly recommend this place. read more

Finding an oil change in Payson without an appointment Is mind numbing exercise but now that Victory Lane is open, 'no problemo'. Great and quick service, almost fun.......BUT THEN I GOT THE INVOICE! The price was 50% higher than I had been paying for the same service at another business in town. So, if speed and convince is worth 50% more, this place is outstanding. read more

I went to victory lane to try them out for the first time and now it's my last. I asked if they take off the stock skid plate to change the oil. He said yes if it interferes with oil change. He also said they should remove it and to clean any oil that would slide down it. I felt reassured. When I arrived home I noticed oil dripping on my driveway. Not happy. So I looked under my car and there was oil on about half of my stock skid plate. Now i have to clean my driveway and my car. Don't recommend this facility. I also thing it's over priced as well. read more

Very attentive except when telling you it's not going to be $39.95 and just adding another $35.00 for synthetic. What I thought was going to be $39.95 + the air filter that they showed me and told me the price ($20.00) ended up going from $60.00 to just over $100.00. My "quick oil change" took 2 days. Thats how long it took to figure out the wrong gasket was put on the drain plug. Had to take it back 3 times. When right gasket was put on they had to drain (waste) 5 quarts of oil. Not to mention the oil on my driveway. My one and only visit. read more

Finally Payson has a quick lube again. No more waiting for weeks or making appointments for an oil change. Pulled in there last Saturday (Feb. 15, 2020) at 4:30 PM. Steve the owner and his staff guided us in over the pit and told us to just stay in the vehicle...we wouldn't be there long and they weren't kidding. Like a pit crew at a nascar race, these guys were all over my truck and about 15 minutes later, oil and filter changed, truck inspected, fluids all checked, tires, all lights/turn signals etc and we were on our way. They even showed us our fluids as appearing on the dipsticks,explained the condition of the fluids. Good bunch of guys, fast, efficient, courteous and professional. The place is clean as a whistle and organized well. So, if you're in a hurry or just don't want to have to make appointments or endure long wait times, this is the place to get your vehicle serviced and they have convenient hours as well. read more
