Instead you have to move your items somewhere else (or book another unit with their current sales) Facilities are nice. The associates on site have little to no power when it comes to rates. Mostly there to assign units and schedule move out dates. (Other than keeping facilities clean).

Take pictures of your stuff after parking!!! As you can see in the pictures, it's empty for a reason. They have failed to respond to my complaint after sending it to upper management.
