Stay far away.The owners don't care about complaints.They try and have them removed from sites such as Google.They have multiple names in 2 states.The so called General Manager Shiela is terrible at customer service.Shiela then turns the blame on the customer for her company's unethical way to business.The storage facility in Goodyear at 3970 Estrella Parkway not only has filthy storage so bad you sometimes can't lock your pull down door to all the debris that's been blown inside. Then comes to the gate out front that is broken half the time it's been left wide open for many many weeks at a time. Take your business elsewhere. I was paying $785 a month for three units. It seems you get a different answer, depending on who you talk to at their facility in Goodyear. read more

Do not get propane here. We decided to check them out today and our fault for not asking but they don't post or tell you how much propane is in advance of filling the tank. Just paid $40 for a tank of propane I would gladly have driven elsewhere for and pay less than half the price. read more

We needed a place very last minute to store both of our vehicles while in the process of moving from California. After looking at a ton of very questionable storage facilities around Phoenix we found Budget and were stoked! We felt the location was super safe and allowed us to sleep at night without worrying about our cars while being out of state. The rates were very reasonable and the vehicle parking both secure and covered, which was nearly impossible to find in Phoenix. I would not store an RV there due to their uhaul rental and cruise America rentals. These rentals are stored in the main drive which restricts anyone pulling a large RV into the facility. The middle of drive has a storm water drain that is very deep and as you enter facility you have no choice but to go through it. Without knowing the back end of the RV was damaged. My frustration is that management knew of the design of the storm water drain was poor and knew that long units would be damaged and they knew that rv's would have to go through it to get through gate. Poor design and poor management and poor customer service In response to Danielle, Thank you for your response to my review. In regards to the customer service, the office staff at the facility is great, but the area manager was quite curt and unhelpful. He did not offer a solution to my problem other than to tell me that the Cruise America units that were parked in the drive entrance are leaving at the end of this month. This means that when I need to exit or enter the facility, I will either have to go through the drain and drag my RV again, or ask for the units to be moved out of the way. Therefore, it is no longer self-storage at my convenience. In addition, the trees lining the entrance should be trimmed because it's nearly impossible to stay away from low branches that cause scratches on the sides of RVs because of the UHaul trucks parked on the side of the entrance. The water hose at the dump station has no connector to allow flushing the RV tank when dumping. This is ridiculous. Replace or repair the hose! read more

I have communicated in this matter. I even took 1/2 of my belongings out!!! I was not able to get in the location via gate code..... I was physically let in because the gate was not accepting my code. This is directly from Debbie!!! I do apologize for getting rather heated in our conversation but my dear woman, you would not take ME AT MY WORDS. You kept begging and begging and leaning on my mercies and at this very point in the process, THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO. The notices give you plenty of time and warning to remedy the situation. However, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure I have CORRECT CONTACT information. I can only do what I can do with what you have given me. IF you had not waited until the very last day to ACT on this, there would have been more I can do. I emailed you on Tuesday and it took you 2 days to respond. But I honestly have not heard from you for over 60 days. I do understand you have been sick, but it is unfortunate that you could not have sent word with someone of your situation. I know you said that you left messages and credit card information. I have complete confidence in the professional abilities to follow through with any messages you may have left. If they missed one message, okay to say they ignored all of your messages, I cannot debate one way or the other, can I? Why did you not try to contact us during BUSINESS hours? Leaving messages is not a fool proof way to conduct business of this importance. Again, this is unfortunate and obviously I would rather you pay for your unit that have to auction. I know this is just a storage facility but to me it's more than people think. I moved out of state and had to store memories and other items of value. Heather made the process quick and simple. She treated me and my family as if we were family. The facility was safe, clean, and well maintained. They even have a moving truck you can use along with supplies you can buy. Met Andy later on and not surprised by his kindness. Last day of my rental was sad because it seemed like I was moving away from my family.
