I asked them to cancel and there's this $250 cancellation fee. Why should I have to pay to not receive a service? Im not asking for refund or anything why am i paying for a service I am not receiving and would like to cancel? Ive been struggling and asked to cancel and waive the fee. They have waived fee's before with other customers. However they ignore my struggles and say "Out of courtesy" that they waived a $69 service however I never received service for that! Also on the contract its a "bimonthly" service and charge of $69 however they try and charge you every month $69 and come out once every 2-3 months and seems like I'm not the only one who noticed this early at least and tried to cancel. I have only received service twice and I am not asking for a refund. (They charged me 3 times though for 2 services. Then they charged me another $69 for some reason and told me to pay however I did not receive that service so why would I have to pay? Office staff and customer service lines are terrible. Sales person is also 100% deceiving. I'm pretty sure if all these people they talk too were told about a year contract and how you can't cancel whenever and you have to pay them $250 I know for a FACT they will not be signing up. This is ridiculous business tactic and when people are told to sign they should CLEARLY outline and communicate all terms. Beware people of this company as they will deceive you by being all friendly and get you stuck in this contract with a ridiculous $250 fee for a service that you never receive or them basically tying you back into their contract every-time you try and contact them.
