He spent 10 minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting, offered a game plan that I could execute on my own, and then told me how long I should wait before calling him back to help if what we did didn't work. Scott has helped us with both of our homes over the past 5 years or so. I'm happy that he has a business that provides a safer alternative to traditional pest control. I have 2 cats and I don't want to add chemicals to my home. His approach on pest control for your home is focused on behaviors and other fixes that focus on keeping the bugs out so that they don't get into your home (which means you don't need chemicals. :) When that isn't the solution, he's provided treatment for ants in the backyard and in the house which worked so no more ants. i appreciate his timelines of response and his courtesy as well. read more

Scott, the owner, visited our house today for some pest issues we are having. I spoke with a few other companies on the phone but they all tried to up sell other services or required an expensive monthly contract. Scott was not pushy and seemed very knowledgeable about organic pest control options that are pet-friendly. During the first visit he spent over an hour at our house doing a thorough walk through and discussing the issues we are having. Scott sealed up all openings in the doors so bugs can not get through and put down a pet-safe product to take care of any bugs in the home. The service was very affordable and I would recommend them if you are having any pest issues but don't like the idea of filling your home with chemicals. read more

Had a wonderful experience with this company! If it wasn't for the extremely thorough home inspection I wouldn't have found out that I had a leak on the side of my house. They went through my entire front and back yard to assess ways I can prevent pests at no profit or extra revenue for them. I'd like to begin by saying I had previously intended to write a positive review for this company. The owner came to my house the day I requested service and is clearly passionate about his product and pest control. The home inspection the owner took on was extremely thorough, and almost over the top. This is not a company that quickly takes care of your problem, but one that spends hours inspecting your home and insisting you take improvement notes. Again, the dedication impressed me, so even though I didn't enjoy the experience, I planned to leave a positive review because the owner cares about bugs. Unfortunately, the product does not work. The service was guaranteed for 30 days, with the expectation of seeing bugs crawl out from hiding in the first two weeks. It is three weeks later and I have never stopped seeing crickets all over my home. I tried calling the company to reservice my home per the guarantee, and received a far less than professional response. The owner texted me saying he'd "be out in the next day or two" to take care of my issue. I requested a more specific time since it would be a smart idea to be sure I was home before showing up some time in a two day window. We set a time for him to come, and the entire day passed without a word from him. He did not show up. He did not call. I contacted him again and he first blamed his technician for not coming to my house then said, "I guess I forgot to tell him to go there yesterday..." We set up another time for him to come by. Again, I hear nothing. Hours later the technician contacts me and tells me I can either have a refund or set up yet another time for them to revisit my home. I request a refund because I was through dealing with an unprofessional company with a product that does not work. He said he would call the owner and then text me. That was the last I heard from him. $150 and several hours down the drain. Save yourself the money, time and hassle! read more

Honesty, integrity and respect for the consumer. Something most companies cannot genuinely say anymore these days. I called this morning and talked to Scott and told him that I wanted him to come spray my yard and house due to seeing a few too many eight legged creatures lately. Not only did he tell me the honest truth which was that unfortunately, spraying does nothing to get rid of spiders, he gave me some other valuable tips and facts that I never knew. Most companies would have come over, sprayed, taken my money and been on their way. Although I didn't end up needing their services today, you better believe they will be the ones I call when I do. Scott was at my house today and I found him to be extremely knowledgable, not only for a solution but also for prevention. He inspected the inside and outside of my home and educated me on how to fix things that would prevent pests from wanting to live around my house and from gaining entry into my house. I have a list of 15 things to do and he suggested fixing them before using his services to prevent the problem from continuing. These suggestions will save me money in other ways too, like lowering my water and electric bills. Scott really cares about people. He wants to help prevent pests and not just treat the problem. I've never had someone take the time to educate me on prevention. Most won't want to because then we won't need there services as often! The icing on the cake is that Scott uses 100% organic products so there's no risk of toxic chemicals harming your family - including pets! I highly recommend Scott! read more
