The owner is Irish of this company. We used them for 3 years . It started out at a locked in price for $500 per year for weed service . With pre and post emmurant and quarterly serve to treat weeds or call when some weeds show up.in yard. Well he lied and raised his rate last year to $600 because of prices for gas and products ( supplies) , now this year he wanted $800 for The year. Beware of POOR SERVICE and QUICK TEMPER! This company begs for positive ratings and, for years, Ronald did a great job and I provided positive ratings as requested. However, when Ronald left, everything went south. Last year, I called for weed treatment and a section of my yard was missed. I was out of the country for a month, so when I returned and saw weeds growing like crazy in only one part of my yard, I called to have someone come back out to finish the job. Yet, I was told I would have to pay again, and the cost had gone up by 43%! After some conversation (and whining/complaining by the owner), he finally came out and treated the missed area. In a show of good will, I sent a personal monetary gift as a thank you gesture. This year when I got ready for weed service, I simply inquired about the cost and whether or not anything in the treatment protocol had changed. (ie - if paying more, can I expect the treatment to last as long as it had before.) Rather than answering the question, Irish (the owner) told me straight out: "Find someone else." They used to do quality work at a fair price. But in the span of a year, cost increased 43%, which I would have tolerated if service was still top quality. But its not. Missed sections of treatment, complaints about having to come back out, and rude comments from the owner to go somewhere else are sure signs they no longer care about customer service. I use both their pest and weed services. For 4 years since I moved into my home I have been pest free and weed free. This is the first time weeds had popped up and they re-serviced the day I called for it even knowing I am due for a pest and weed service soon. One day my wife and I woke up to tubes coming down from the ceiling and were puzzled. Turns out we had termites and it was a bad case of them too. We had HomeTeam and they wanted to charge over a grand with just a 5-year warranty. We have been using Irish for a couple years now, and their service is always fantastic. With this most recent service, they gave me a next day (Saturday) appointment, and they called to say they were on their way, and arrived when they said they would. I always get A LOT of mileage out of their weed control service. No weeds for a very long time. Many months down the line, we may get one or two on rare occasion. Night and day difference compared to our last weed service provider. Irish saturates the ground everywhere weeds can grow. With the last company we had it was very obvious from their tinted product that they missed HUGE areas with every pass of the sprayer. And that company refused to fix the job and respray pre-emergent. They forced us to call every week or so when the weeds got really bad in the many untreated areas, and then they would ask for a 2 hour window, and then they would only put down post emergent. So we would have to deal with that EVERY couple of weeks! The pricing with Irish is super low also. read more

The owner, Irish, actually came and provided the service. He is very thorough and professional. He is also very knowledgeable about how the services his company provides, will work, what is needed. Everything they do comes with a warranty. There was an area I thought that was damaged by termites. It turns out it was water damage. He could have told me that it was termites and I don't have a lot of experience with the little buggers. He showed me at the base of my palm tree what the entrance to tunnels look like. Then I was shown a queen that came out of the hole when he sprayed. That one was near my house. So I ended up getting the weed control, termite treatment, and pest control.
