Sasha, the Appointment Scheduler from their call center was professional & friendly via the phone. She scheduled me for the same day (within the hour) appointment. Laura, the Front Desk employee, exudes such light & good vibrations during my short wait. She offered some good insight into EWC's growth - nationwide. Savannah, my Esthetician definitely enjoys her industry. Her naturalness of knowledge, engagement & application during my service was top-notch. She broke down the process, ingredients, & post-care instructions throughout my 30 minutes appointment. Her ability to make you feel comfortable was seamless...not to mention painless. Savannah's constant change of gloves & sticks won me over - especially with the results. I can not be more satisfied. I got a few samples & purchased an aftercare serum that I'm looking forward to using & seeing the outcome. 5th star for the entire space being highly clean & sanitized, especially the treatment & restrooms. The rewards/points you earn regardless of location can be redeemed nationwide. Prices are less expensive than other waxing centers I've visited while in town. I've gone in on separate occasions for a cut/color/blowout, a massage, brow wax, and a mani/pedi. The facility is very clean, and open, so you don't feel crowded in with the person next to you. It's professional, with an upscale "spa" feel, but also very comfortable, and not intimidating. They have 2 separate areas, one for hair, and another one in a different part of the hotel for massages, nail services, and waxing. Wynona was the girl who did my hair, brow wax, and mani/pedi. She was friendly, professional, and listened to me as to what I wanted to do for my hair. I ended up getting a trim and shape-up, and going darker with my hair, with red highlights. I got lots of compliments and couldn't be happier. The cut and color together were 100, with the cut being $40, and the color (it was a multi-process) being $60. The mani/ped were in total $65. Great job, again. The pedi area of the place has a long comfy sofa and a sink where you dip your feet in and let them soak while they scrub, and exfoliate and all that. SOOO relaxing. The wax was 20 (I think), and came out great. I can't remember the name of the girl who did my massage (I lost her card), but it was the perfect way to relax after a long week. The massage/nail area is in a different part of the hotel, which they walk you to. It's even nicer than the front area. Again with the upscale spa feel, and lots of warmly decorated rooms for the massage. There was soft music playing, and the tables were covered with fresh linens and were very comfortable. They offer you the option to shower afterwards, but I liked how my skin felt with the extra moisturization, so I declined, but she showed me the shower area. They have separate showers for men and women, and they were lovely. Nice towels, lighting, the whole bit. I would really recommend this place to anyone. It's clean, classy, with a luxurious feel, and reasonably priced considering the high-end experience you get.

I am a universe fearing woman- I don't lie! The behavior of the owner was disgusting at the least. What a huge inconvenience. I would not recommend and would highly avoid! When one door closes it's for a good reason. I needed some sort of massage relaxation- as I work in IT and shoulders forward- it's painful where I carry my stress.
