I accepted that the full set was $55( she told me after the nails were on) which was a lil high, but I'm looking for a new nail shop anyways, it was the extras she started adding that was ridiculous! I get very short nails, but was charged an extra $5 for length?! $5 for shaping?! I also paid the extra $15 for gel polish on my feet, I usually get a design (lines) on my big toes, usually $5-7 total for both! they wanted $15 for a design on two toes! needless to say I left unhappy! I will never patronize this establishment again! I'm so confused, if I didn't pay the extra $5 for shaping, they'd just leave my nails unshaped? there's still hardened gel powder under the nails! Stumbled across this gem in my neighborhood. Got the citrus pedicure and was I blown away. The pedicure was so relaxing, the nail tech was so detailed and really took her time. I hit the jackpot and had the absolute best pedicure here today! Every so often the universe aligns- I just so happen to be in this plaza, noticed this nail salon I've been wanting to try for a while, and had an extra hour to spare. I decided to practice some self-care and give these feet of mine some much needed love. The decor here is boho chic and everything was super clean. Staff were nice, especially the woman at the front desk. The man who did my pedicure was super gentle and kind. I selected the orange themed pedicure and it was oh so fabulous! I've never had a fresh, juicy orange rubbed all over my legs and wouldn't have even thought that was a thing to do. But man was it awesome! I went in on my lunch break, so I was short I time. I said I did NOT have time for a full pedicure and requested the A LA CARTE options of gel removal and change ($25) and callus removal ($10). She put my feet in the water and did the services requested, along with trimming my toenails. She then charged me for the full pedicure price of $51.50, on which I tipped her 20%; deciding to just call in later as there was a language barrier, the other gal was busy with a client, and I needed to get back to work. When I called in 10 minutes later, the lady who answered immediately started to argue with me and said something like because they put my feet in the water, it was a full pedicure, even though I didn't get the massage, or the sugar scrub, or the lotion. At least, I think that was what she was saying. I'm lucky I had the money to pay and have the money loose, but I'm upset that the gal who helped me did not listen to what I asked for and charged me for a full service pedicure, which I did not receive. I went in for a pedicure. I choose the basic package to see how the service was going to be before I spend more money. I did not get the foot massage turned on. I feel that with the basic package all I got was basic service. My toenails are rough around the edges and he didn't really do a good job on the cuticles. When I looked at the higher packages, they just add some extra fluff (orange peel etc.) Maybe I can't have that extra stuff because it irritates my skin. read more

Do not recommend! I was initially happy with my dip nail service, though I felt the process was a little unusual. The person kept "cleaning up" the sides with his fingers and only dipped me 3 times including the first coat which felt cheap to me. Later I was told to put my nails under the UV light which I've never had to do for a dip nail service. After only a day I saw a little chipping on the bed of my thumbnail. Now, a little over a week later almost all of my nail beds and tops are chipped. This is honestly the worst dip nail service I've received. I emailed them a week after service with images on how it wasn't holding up-- No response. After calling and explaining the situation they told me they only can accommodate issues for 7 days if you come into the salon. They told me I could come in and get a free removal (which I had to initially pay $5 for removal during my manicure-- absurd)! I won't be going back, even for the free removal. Absolutely not worth the money. $55 down the drain (and I also tipped well on top of that!). Very disappointing. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do too. read more

I told her I want as short as possible and still added $5 upcharge for length when I told her I wanted them short. I asked how much extra for French tip and she just danced around the question. Then she says my whole fill with gel will cost $55 total, I was ok with that. Then at the end they charged an extra $20 for a curved French tip?????? Never heard of that in my life. I get French being extra but not 20 freaking dollars. My fill ended up being $65. I don't live in the area but I drive 20 minutes one way because that is how much I love this place! The first thing that attracted me to The Nail Lab was how CUTE the owner designed the salon. It's beautifully boho curated and I LOVED every aspect of the design. I love that the nail color choices they offer come in these wooden boxes so you don't have to dig through plastic bins full of keychain-looking nail swatches. The pedicure chairs all give amazing massages without feeling like you just got beat up and they even use real fruit with your pedicure. I've been here twice so far and have really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff as well as the current music they play. Diana did my nails today and it was so nice to have a conversation with her. I truly don't think I've ever had a pedicure this good. I came in for a Gel Pedicure and got the classic option. They had lots of color options & 4 different pedicure levels. My nail tech was really taking his time as he prepped my nails to be done. He was so thorough in every step and continued to check in with me to make sure what he was doing was okay! I always appreciate this because, at times, nail techs can just go through the motions to get you out of the chair, but not here. I made an appointment at 11am, called at 10 (when they open) to get a reschedule & i got hung up on the first time, when i called again, the man who's name was bryant, was rude, impatient & had attitude on the phone when i tried to reschedule, then said he would do it & hung up. i never got an email confirmation from them about my appointment so i called AGAIN. this time a girl was talking to me, thought everything was cool & she rescheduled my appointment, just to receive a call 30 mins later saying they needed to reschedule because they overbooked my time, & left me a voicemail. they proceeded to move my appointment to a time i couldn't do without my knowledge. so i called again. this time the MANAGER was on the phone & he was rude, wasn't understanding, wasn't compensating for anything or finding solutions regardless of how i was treated. 4 calls later, i am without an appointment that i was supposed to be set to go to because they're too irresponsible, & the customer service around my situation was horrible. don't go here, the staff fucking sucks. read more
