We did run into an issue when it came time to pay, the computer was having issues & was unable to accept the credit card payment. The manager (I think his name was John) tried to assist but the issue was unresolved. We left with reassurance that we would not be overcharged & that everything would be ok. The next morning the manager called to inform us the order had not gone completely through so we told him we'd check with the credit card company & get back with them. After a couple of calls everything was finally sorted out & taken care of. And through all the issues hubby received both new pairs of glasses in less than a week! The associate I talked to was an older lady with heavy slavic accent kept interrupting me when I was asking if I can use my insurance on anti bullfight glasses. Without letting me speak, she kept explaining to me about the difference between contact and glasses prescription which makes has absolutely nothing to do with my question. From day one, the service was great and still is. Dr Cline now works part time, but it is business as usual as service is still incredibly good. From 2008 until now, I have stayed with this office since then. A testament to how well they handle their business.

You will wait for your products. It is a small office, but the QUALITY outweighs these fly-by-night places who might not get it right "in an hour". I brought in my own Dior Frames. Even doing the math with 40% off lenses with complete pair... I came out ahead. Dior frames aren't cheap. 10/30 was almost $1k for contacts and 2 different Rx lenses. I brought in existing Dior Frames. Clerk said that they "did not pass quality inspection." This was after I called her, btw... Contacts were in and waiting. I think I will request my frames back, gather my Rx scripts and walk a block to LensCrafters. I NEED MY GLASSES FOR MY WORK. UPDATE: I kept my cool on the phone. Yesterday I got a text message that my glasses were in at least one pair for distance vision I was able to pick up along with my contacts and I understand that my close-up glasses will be in tomorrow. Goldman Sachs probably will have no issue cancelling the excessive cost of LENSES ffs. Hopefully by 12/3 I can just take the contacts that were $$$ and get a FedEx tracking number for my frames. (Because I will sue for my 2 pairs of Dior frames.) Dr. Tang is 5 Stars. I wish there was a separate section altogether. She is very interested in any questions you have and in solving any eye problems you are having. She is friendly and patient. She tested my eyes thoroughly. Then we discussed glasses options and made a selection. When I got my glasses they were the best I have had in years. There was a slight problem with glancing to the left. I felt that I've been pretty tolerable. Other locations? Great. This specific location has terrible customer service and makes me DREAD working with them. There is this one specific receptionist that goes by the name of "charisma". I called to make an annual exam and truthfully, it was a hurdle on its own taking to someone who was clearly having a bad day. On top of that, she made it absolutely abysmal to even confirm my identity of all things. The manager made everything right and she was fantastic but why do I need to pass through a vile gate to get to the kind lady? This is NOT the first time I've spoken to her but it will be the last. Also, I needed a basic eye exam to refresh my prescription. Basic eye exams are 60$ and this is what I've always gone with. I was now told that "they have always been 130$".
