2/17/2026 UPDATE: We are getting ready to move out of state…read moreand wanted to share an update as we first moved in in 2022. PROS and WINS: -Chyla and Courtney have been here since we moved in and have ALWAYS been helpful. They're always quick to respond and do everything within their power to address issues and needs that come up. -Albert (one of the maintenance team members), he's SO NICE and always helpful and quick with repairs. There's a newer maintenance team member who does a fantastic job. He's always outside picking up any loose trash and repaired our washer quick. -The grounds were clean when we first moved in and have felt that way the entire time. Of course you have neighbors who don't pick up after their animals. But I honestly think it's gotten better. - The community spaces are always clean. It was so nice having the coffee machine in the community lounge. I really wish they would've replaced that. -They always do monthly community events. They're cute and it's fun to walk over and stop by. -The Bend outdoor shopping center has really developed and fully went up since us moving in! It's so fun to have a coffee shop, food options, workout spaces, UPS, gas, etc all within a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. -our carpet was fully replaced prior to our move in and on both renewals we were given a carpet cleaning voucher, so that's fun! Feedback: -I noticed the side gate tends to be opened and not latch closed. This has been reported and the front office has said it's been repaired, but it continues to randomly be unlocked. Truthfully, I just got tired of reporting it was broken. But I fully believe if I would've mentioned again, they would've looked into it. -Would love for the coffee machine to have been replaced. We loved going to the community center to play Monopoly Deal and grab a coffee when there was a machine there. Advice for future tenants: -The walls are THIN and the stairs are hollow. Our layout was in building 14 on the ground level and our master room wall is shared with the stairs. And every single neighbor above us STOMPS so loud. If you are a light sleeper, I would highly suggest not opting for a layout where the master wall is shared with the outside stairs. -Ask for bug spray in the warmer months. We did our own bug spray inside our unit but I believe you can ask for more outside. -Be a good neighbor. Pick up after yourself in the gym and pick up after your animal. Respect the shared community spaces. -Honestly if we were not moving out of state we would've renewed because overall we enjoyed being here! Review from 4/2023: So far, my experience with Solana and the leasing office has been better than I could've I asked for! And we toured 4 places in one day and nothing matched the experience we had here. We literally started our tour day with Jody at Solana, went to tour other places and came back same day to apply. The moment my partner and I walked in we were greeted and made to feel like family. Jody was AMAZING. She had so much energy and passion about her job and it really sold the place. We were pleasantly surprised about the property, i personally think the photos don't do the place justice. Pros: -armed guard at all times -24 hr maintenance ON SITE -fitness center is clean with a variety of equipment -pool looked cleaned and maintained well -we toured the grounds and looked to be maintained well Cons(more so outside of Solona control): -next to freeway (not a deal breaker for us, but you really can hardly tell -area still in development stages. Looks like more food and stores are in the process of being built. BUT there's an ikea nearby!! Overall, we're really excited for our move and have high hopes about this property

Downtown

I had the chance to live at The Ogden in two different units (16th & 18th floor), and overall it…read morewas a great high-rise experience. The views are incredible, and being right across from Fremont makes it perfect for people-watching and enjoying a truly walkable downtown lifestyle. The building itself feels secure with 24/7 security and concierge, which gave me peace of mind living there. The residents were friendly, and the community overall felt welcoming. That said, my only negative experience was with the HOA office during move-in. The woman working there was extremely unhelpful, and I actually ended up stuck in the parking garage for an hour before finally getting my keys -- something that only got resolved because the owner I was renting from stepped in. Definitely frustrating, especially since the issue was over something as simple as cannabis (which is legal in Vegas). Aside from that, I really enjoyed my time here. The property itself is well-kept, the location can't be beat, and if you want downtown living with amazing views, The Ogden delivers.

Always a pleasure to see them and extremely appreciated them. Huge shout out to Muri at the front concierg. A 1 star rating is overly generous for the rest of the Ogden. We were treated by an extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional worker named Elise on a regular basis. She went out of her way to hold our packages from Amazon and our prescriptions that were delivered. On more than one occasion, she held our medication over night. We called our pharmacy and was told that was illegal to hold our meds. Several packages from Amazon that were delivered to the front desk were missing. The reorders from Amazon, stated my account was flagged as a difficult address. She made it difficult for us and Amazon packages for other tenants were delivered with no problems. I WOULD NOT EVER STAY HERE. The noise from the club on Fremont each Friday and Saturday night vibrated the concrete building until 5 am every single weekend. Overall I would say to stay away from this place. The only way I can describe the Ogden and Elise, is YUCK

My first contact, as I walked in the door, was Victoria. I noticed, as I sat at her desk in the lobby area, that she knew the names of tenants who passed by. While giving me the tour, we ran into tenants whose names she knew. That little act of knowing her tenants helped me decide that Aspire at Alper was where I wanted to live. The apartment I wanted wouldn't be ready for approximately 3 weeks, but Victoria kept me up to date on any changes. The community has many activities, including a beautiful pool area, game and business center. Parking is not assigned, but never a problem. The area is quiet and has great views of the strip, mountains and the Raiders Training facility. They also host different activities like food trucks coming in and community games and get togethers. The Maintenance staff are friendly and quick at responding to issues. Overall, my choice, after an exhaustive search, was the right one for me.

The only downside for me is that I had to move to Cairo. If I hadn't moved to Cairo, I would definitely have moved in to the apartments at Aspire they have everything that I needed plus so much more!
