Sparkle Clean Laundromat -- the name is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. Let me start with the positives, because there are some. The machines actually work, my clothes came out hot, clean, and neatly packed, and the dryers do their job. That alone earns some points because we've all been to laundromats where your clothes come out damp and smelling like disappointment. Now... the rest. The place looks decent from far away, but once you're inside, the details start telling a different story. It's dirty, especially around the edges, corners, and folding areas. The sink -- which you'd expect to work in a laundromat of all places -- does not work. Just there for decoration, I guess. A real "look but don't touch" situation. The vibe is also... intense. There were a lot of homeless people hanging around, which made it uncomfortable to relax or focus on folding. I'm not here to judge anyone, but when you're just trying to do laundry, it shouldn't feel like you're on high alert the entire time. The machines themselves are fine, but the overall cleanliness and atmosphere really take away from the experience. It's one of those places where you're counting down the minutes until your laundry is done so you can leave. Bottom line: If you're desperate, need your clothes washed and dried fast and hot, and don't care about comfort, cleanliness, or vibes -- this place will get the job done. If you're looking for a clean, calm, pleasant laundromat experience... this probably isn't it. Would I come back? Only if my washer at home breaks and I have no other options. read more

This place is a dump. Trash everywhere, several machines we tried were broken, the dryers were insanely expensive - especially since they didn't completely dry our clothes in one cycle and we had to run several a second time. There is no staff on site, no restroom, and the only sink in the entire place has had the water shut off so you can't even rinse your hands if you get laundry soap on them. We won't be back. read more

It's decent, we just moved to Banning and this location is the closest to our new place. Our clothes and blankets were actually cleaned well and came out of the dryer hot! They actually work. There could be some improvement on the cleanliness as there's always trash or dryer sheets all over the floor. The sink available doesn't work and not paper towels to wipe down the tables. read more

Oh man... our washer broke down and we were not able to get someone out until later in the week... but we had to go since we have toddlers potty training so consistent change of outfits! Anyways, we came here because we live so close, but it will be the last time! Half the machines were out of order... for as expensive as it is, $5 each wash! The smaller ones, the white ones, were $2.50 but did not wash well... then fine the dryer is only .25 but took about $3 for them to actually dry! Also it was smelly, not sure what it was... but anyways, it was one and done. Had to go, but there are 2 others nearby if we need to go again... read more

1 washer took 3 quarters and it started kicking the money back 2nd washer took 5 qts and stop taking them The 3rd washer took 4 dls and all of a sudden the display went blank so i have no idea how much more i needed, no one was there and i called no answer and cant leave messages !! read more

The worst place. First washer sure $5.25, just shucked that up. Went to use a dryer and another $5 gone. Cost almost $36 to do laundry! Absolutely ridiculous. The timers on the machines are broke as well. 21 minutes turns into 30 easily. And doesn't help its in a sketchy shopping mall either. Definitely will not come back. Waste of my time and money. I discovered this place one day when dropping my dog off across the street. I live in San Jacinto and the laundromats there are disgusting and packed. Sparkle is clean, has relatively new machines that actually work, and there's plenty of parking. I commute to this place to do my laundry so, I think that says something about the quality of Sparkle. Because prices are going up I'd recommend installing debit/credit readers on the machines - just an idea! read more

Dryers don't work. Put in my quarters, timer is running and it works for a bit then NOTHING. Timer is still running but my clothes are not drying. Tried knocking on the window for assistance and no one was there or at least no one opened up. read more

Machines are nice and big dyers take at least five quarters to dry....some do get too hot. Overall very nice and price is decent.... there is always a man sleeping in back and does ask for money....and I have been there when workers come in and they do not make him leave....he does make poeple uncomfortable. read more

I came in and the coin machine did not work they took a very long time to get it back up. my cloth was already in the machine with soap ready to be wash. I asked the owner and they said 5 min multiple times and ended up being a hour and a half long. that's been unpro and will not come bac. read more

I recently moved to the area and this laundromat is clean. It's under new ownership or management and everything has been upgraded. I've been going here for 3 months and so far I've had no issues with the machines I've used nor the change machine. I also like that I feel safe when I'm in there. It seems to be busier in the evenings so I recommend going during the day if that's a possibility. read more

I've been coming to this place since I moved here last year, it was clean and not bad at all. But these past few months it's not good. My clothes came out dirty when I did a load I figured ok I'll let it go but then again and again. This place doesn't suggest to wear mask while in there as well, so many of the people there don't wear a mask. They should hire someone to go and clean during the day because it's messy and unsanitary. I've seen homeless people washing themselves in the sink they have in the back, maybe offer your clients some sanitizer or something? read more

This place sucks the buttons on the washing machines that are supposed to give your coins back don't work and it stole 2.50 from me there's no workers on site to help with mishaps and the dryers don't work right and the air conditioning pushes out hot air. read more

New to the area and this was the closest place. My only complaint is there aren't enough carts, I only saw 3. A HUGE bonus they have a change machine that will break a $20 bill into 3 $5 bills and 20 quarters. Down side one of the 3 machines I used was full of feathers that I had to clean out. In May of 2021 , it was a laundromat with decent machines, and fairly nice surroundings and very friendly. Wow, went yesterday needing to do some laundry and was shocked to see the Abundance of homeless people hanging out inside. Some were incoherent and stumbling in and out, all the benches had men sleeping on them. I really needed to use the large machines for my blankets and there were a few people inside that looked ok so I decided to stay. No one came in to do laundry after I started my blankets so I was worried I'd be left alone with the crazies when the normal people left. I soon discovered the machines no longer clean the clothes as well as before and the dryers wont dry even after using lots of quarters, looks like the filters haven't been cleaned for awhile and the air flow is bad. The homeless people keep asking for your money and you don't feel safe there alone. Women should not go there alone, and never in the evening. I waited in my truck most of the time, I did not feel safe. Don't go there. No sign of police patrols either. read more
