TENAX sent my dress back to Sun Lake Cleaner's refusing to do the alteration. So, I took my dress to Desert Palm Cleaner's and they did a fantastic job, even did the double stitching. So, took my dress to TENAX and showed them Desert Palm's work. The lady had a very "I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE". I told them they need to fire her and get someone who could sew a 2" straight line.

They are located at a small shopping center on Citrus, next to the 7-Eleven. I arrived and was welcomed by the owner, Michelle. I asked how much they charge for dry cleaning pants. The price was very reasonable in my opinion, so I decided to leave it with her. There was a small problem that arises, but Michelle was outstanding in handling the issue and it was resolved. That is great customer service in my opinion, especially coming from the owner. Waited the weekend and on Saturday, I picked up my pants. As a kind gesture, and gave me a lint removal roller. My overall experience was great, the customer service I received from Michelle to correct the situation was outstanding and they did a great job on cleaning my pants. In my personal opinion, I would recommend Citrus Cleaners if you are looking for a good cleaner and having reasonable prices. I definitely will return and Thank You Michelle.
