After doing some digging I discovered he charged me $800 for a repaired, not factory refurbished, one or new like I was lead to belove did not return my calls when I first noticed the errors it started giving. I changed the temp sensors hoping that was the issue but it looks like the issue might be one of the previously repaired relays on the control board. I have used hector in the past, never had a bad experience other than communication until this time around.

He found the problem right away which was cracked stucco on our parapets. He repaired all the parapets and fixed the inside roof. We also had them patch the cracks in the stucco on the entire house. He had a wonderful hard working crew and they did a good job. We felt the price was reasonable based on past work done on our home. Our pool turned a sickly green and despite our best efforts we weren't able to get the water back to a healthy state. I called NM Pools and Spas and they were able to fit us in quickly. They came, tested the water and did their best to see if it could be chemically treated. Unfortunately we needed to dump the water and start from scratch. They emptied the pool, did an acid wash, changed out the sand in our filter and made the process of refilling the pool as easy as possible. For every appointment, the gentleman who were performing the maintenance/cleaning were on time and absolutely pleasant to work with. They spend time to explain every step of the process and were happy to answer all of my questions. We're very pleased with the services we received and the cost, to me was very reasonable. We're able to enjoy our pool again.

When I…read morecalled to see if they were just running late, I was told that I was never put on the schedule because the person running the schedule had been out of town. When I told her I had already had to rework my schedule, she mentioned that maybe I should go somewhere else. She mentioned the names of other pool companies. I will never request anything from this company again. I was ready to put in a pool with a hot tub. I guess they just have so much business they don't need the money.
